We had two split heat pumps installed in our home through Dave's World. Having Mitsubishi heat pumps installed was by far the best direction for our heating and cooling needs. We were already familiar with Mitsubishi with one we previously installed at another building we own, which Dave's World just recently serviced. Mitsubishi split heat pumps are simply an outstanding product and they work flawlessly.

I also can't say enough good things about Dave's World and their technicians, staff and overall customer service. Their pricing just can't be beat because of the volume of work they do. They were courteous, timely, flexible and have some really knowledgeable employees who go out of their way to accommodate their customers. Quite frankly, they are an outstanding company to work with. Highly recommend!

I had worked with Dave's World in the past and loved them. This time I was quite dissatisfied with the responsiveness of the Ellsworth location, but the Dover-Foxcroft location, Jen specifically, made up for it all. So easy to work with, professional, on-time, responsive. I could not have asked for any better. 100% satisfied with the Dover-Foxcroft location of Dave's World and all of Jen's help!!

My husband and I have been big fans of Dave's World for years, all our appliances are from them and serviced by them. Having our new heat pump installed by them was a great choice. Right from the start the salesman Matt was very help full in explaining about every thing about the heat pumps, and the installation crew was on time, professional, and knowable, and answered all our questions. We are so very thankful to all of the Dave's World crew! Great Job!

Just had our heat pump cleaned by Jeremy Santerre. From start to finish he did an outstanding job! I couldn't believe the nasty stuff he cleaned out of the indoor unit! Meticulously cleaned, just like new! Same thing for the outdoor unit! Runs AWESOME! Very knowledgeable and friendly! He is an asset to your company! Highly recommend you get your heat pump cleaned by Dave's World! They are AWESOME! Thank you for your dedication to your customers! Much appreciated!

I was aware of the awesome reputation of Dave's World, so when I decided to look into the possible purchase pf a Mitsubishi Mini-Split Heat Pump, I called and set up a site review. The consultant they sent took the measures and sent me a price quote the same day as his visit. The entire scheduling and installation was spot -on time and quality work. Looks and performs AWESOME!

Wow!! It s an amazing to finally be treated like a human being instead of just a number on a spread sheet! The heat pump department at Dave s World installed two amazing units for me at the best possible price even after extensive market research they managed to beat out everyone else. I also had flooring installed by the specialist in the flooring department which was done seamlessly and professionally. The floor was laid out so precisely that it would seem as though the entire building was built around the flooring. Not only did I receive the most value out of my money, but I was also listened to and accommodated every step of the way. There were no funny hidden fees or surprises during the process. I was given a quote for the jobs and didn t pay a penny more for anything. If there are any miscalculation the entire team steps up and makes right on it with no questions! Overall the value system and work ethic of this company is matched by no other company that I have encountered. Save yourself time, money, and a headache and go with them to solve all of your renovation/ upgrade needs!

We went to Dave s World because my husband did not want to buy from a box store and thought we would be better off using a local company.

We went to Dave s to get a needed new stove and decided to get the matching over the range microwave, and dishwasher in black stainless. We chose our stove and went from there. Put down a downpayment and left thinking Delivery of new appliances would be approx 11/17.

Got home, got out computer and called up our model numbers ....NOT what we thought was ordered, I immediately called Dave s and left a message with my sales person and I also sent an email. No response, so a couple hours later I called and left another message and emailed again. No response. Monday I waited, and decided to make them another visit. In the meantime the Check/down payment was processed. The items we wanted had to be reordered with a new delivery date of the end of year, or the first of next. I need a stove now. So I look around at what is in stock-floor models only. I leave to discuss with the husband.

We decide we will go with a white model they have in house. I call again and leave.a message we will take this and for them to Please call me back. I waited a few days and had to call again. We scheduled a delivery date and decided with this poor service we would buy the remaining appliances elsewhere.

The stove is delivered, old removed new installed. After installation, the delivery person told us the stove had a scratch and asked if it was off the floor - yes, he also said it could have gotten scratched putting it in my home. It s a 30 stove, the door entrance is 32 and my husband removed the main door, leaving a wooden screen door. I immediately called Dave s, got a voice mail, hung up and before I could redial I got a call from them saying they had missed a call from me. Long story short, take pictures, text them and someone would get back to me on Monday.

Needless to say we are not happy with Dave s world and when I told them this they thought they had given us a good deal and shouldn t feel this way..Perhaps the stove should not have been delivered thru the entry way. We paid the sale price, not a penny less.

What would you all do?

Purchased and had installed by Dave's World a Dakin Heat Pump. The sales process was easy and straight forward. The installation was performed by knowledgable technicians in a timely manner. Excellent workmenship. I couldn't be more pleased! I highly recommend Daves World.

Sam was here. He s awesome!! Went above and beyond to help us. Did an amazing job and had answers to all of our questions. So knowledgeable. And helpful with great work ethic and customer care. Just loved him.
