First class service, will definitely use again and highly recommend Dave Mellor Cycles.

Item as described. Could improve in the following areas:

1) Item did not arrive at expected time and came a day later

2) Did not receive any email with invoice or information update about the order dispatch/tracking number.

3) No offer from site, when ordering, for 1st class or Next day delivery.

4) Not responsive to email had to call them

Brilliant service. Bought new winter road bike. Alan was fantastic (and patient) throughout the process, with great advice. When I picked it up the whole team had smiles on their faces and a positive attitude (despite lockdown). Exactly how buying a bike should be. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This shop has something for everyone in the field of cycling. A service department, a range of parts and cycles and a depth of knowledge and experience from the workshop to the owner, who used to manage a British Cycling team to Olympic level. Worth a visit if you know what you want and if you don't, they can help you as well.

Sorted problem straight away, always good service and chat

As a complete newbie to cycling, I called up the shop last week as I was unable to change gears on my new bike! I spoke to a lovely gentleman (I did write down his name and can't find it) who very quickly resolved the issue for me over the phone without making me feel stupid for what was in hindsight a complete lack of knowledge on my part! Thanks so much :)

Been to this shop a few times since taking up cycling in May 2020....can say this has to be one of the friendliest shops I have been in and nothing is to much effort for the staff....even in these strange times, the staff make everything as normal and enjoyable as possible.....Great kudos to the staff...this shop has everything to offer in terms off all things cycling....happy new year Dave mellor cycles and thanks for all the encouragement and support from your team....see you soon no doubt....all the best...Dan
