As a complete newbie to cycling, I called up the shop last week as I was unable to change gears on my new bike! I spoke to a lovely gentleman (I did write down his name and can't find it) who very quickly resolved the issue for me over the phone without making me feel stupid for what was in hindsight a complete lack of knowledge on my part!
