Datamax gets the job done. I appreciate the speedy help when something goes wrong. Our services work, minimal complaints and they work with us to make sure Uniflow works in our specific environment. Definitely recommend.

I am more than pleased with Datamax. Our equipment is used in an office setting and as all machines do, they periodically need service. My contacts are available to me via email. Minutes from reporting my service issue, I receive a courteous response that my issue has been addressed. I usually have someone in my office the same day for repairs. There is nothing more they could do to improve - they knock it out every time!

We have been using Datamax for 8 years and have had an exceptional experience from the beginning. The equipment is top-notch! We have had very few issues over the years; and when we do, a service tech is out right away to correct the problem. They are obviously a great company to work for because there seems to be very little turnover. We've had the same contact the whole time we've been with Datamax, including the service tech. It makes a huge difference when you know who you're working with!! I recommend Datamax to anyone looking for new office equipment.

Datamax is an excellent company to work with. We've had our company copiers contracted through them for nearly 10 years. Their maintenance/repair technicians are always quick to resolve any issue we may have. Their service is what drives us to continue our contracts with their company. A great company to partner with.

Datamax is ALWAYS on que with keeping the customer #1 and happy! They come immediately when I call. If it is ever later in the day and they can't make it over, they are always waiting at my door the next morning! Wonderful service techs always know what to do and go above and beyond when visiting.

Calvin Du, the tech, contacted me within minutes of the service request ticket being sent. After explaining the issue (unusual noise?!?), Calvin had me record the printer running and send it to him. Shortly thereafter, he arrived with the replacement part needed, after diagnosing the issue from the recording! Printer was fixed and up and running within 90 minutes of the original service request. Highly recommend!

I have had a Datamax maintenance agreement on my copier for several years now, and have had nothing but good experiences with them. When I have a problem, they promptly send someone to fix it. If the copier is down completely, they are good about sending someone the same day; if the copier is still functional, they still always send someone within 24 hours. The technicians are knowledgeable and always fix the problem the same day unless they have to order a part (which has only happened once or twice, that I recall). I consider their prices to be very reasonable, especially given the level of service they provide.

Not only have we been extremely happy with our Canon copier/printer, Datamax has been wonderful in working with us during the remodel of our building. I had to call them just one week after they came out to move our copier/printer to ask them to move it again. Due to changes in the construction plan it needed to be moved ASAP. I called late in the day, right before 5:00, and got a voicemail!!! I left a detailed message and thought, "oh no, this will hold up construction, or they'll get dust and crud all over the machine." Datamax listened to my message and sent the technician out the next morning! I was so impressed and glad to know they have employees that can think on their feet and help their customers take good care of the machines. And they sent the same technician that moved it the first time so he was familiar with our set-up. Thank you Datamax for taking such good care of Grace Church of Ovilla.
