They are not exactly friendly, nor do they let you know anything.

I have 3 accounts in collections because I had emergency surgery and was struggling to pay all of the bills associated with it. These were the 3 remaining bills i had to pay. Originally it went to Focus Recovery who wouldn't work with me even though I was still paying what I could afford each month. In comes these people. I called and arranged to make payments each month by the 25th of the month and paid by the 20th for 3 months. Never missed a month. Now I have received a notice that they are taking this to court even though I paid the agreed upon amount each month and even paid a little more when I could. I'm glad I have my receipts. I called and left messages. I wish I could give no stars. I want them to explain how I owe so much when I even paid one of the accounts off in full? The amount they claim I owe isn't even the total of the original bills.

Handled my fathers estate. Did a great job communicating everything that was going on and wrapped things up fairly quickly.
