This is to call your attention to the service of your Rent a car towards to your clients.
This is regarding to the rent a car that I booked Last Tuesday (1th Dec,2020), the sales in charge gave me a car of Pajero for 04 days, actually we just need only for 02 days that time, but unfortunately, she told me that this is the required days (04 days) of your office. And I understand the procedure of your office. In this matter I agree to rent the car in 04 days without doubting. Then the lady schedules the car as per the date and time of appointment given by me and delivers it to my place at the same day the car and she said it will deliver in my place and on the time we needed. (by 5 pm., and after how many hours of patiently waiting, I was dismay because after keeping updating her, when and where the car is, she s not responding to me properly to my many messages and calls. And I asked the contact number of the driver (Mr. Walid) who will deliver the car. Then she gave me. Then I called the driver of the first conversation we had with the driver, he was saying that he s on the way and I asked what is the cause of the delay, he told me that due to traffic and I was thinking that time is holiday why there's traffic. And this Driver is lying to me, at first, I called and said he gave him 45 mnts. To reach my place then after he said give him more 10 mnts then he will be in my place. Then after 5 mnts. I tried to call him again many times, he s not answering my calls at all.
Then, a few minutes later someone called me (didn t get the name) and was saying that the car is not in condition. Then I was so mad because we are expecting the car to deliver regardless of waiting so long. Then I asked this person to give us any replacement or alternative car to use, and he said they don t have another car available, then I asked him what we re going to do, and but this talking me so rude instead to say apology or give the solution but he was talking to me very unethical way then he cut the line.
I would like the following points addressed in response to my complaint:
