This company is total garbage. I had to call everyday during the summer I lived there to get them to fix the ac which they never did. Also overcharged me 20 monthly for rent. Overcharged me for the deposit because I had student loan debt which was in good standing!!!!!!!! Absolutely absurd. They seemed very bias. My credit report was even good. Now 2.5 years after I move out they send me a text saying I have an outstanding balance.
Your leasing agent Chantel was wonderful very helpful with helping me get all the information needed. Also over looked my disability!!! Best experience I ever had!! She's a keeper
I lived in one of the Orlando Fl properties (Rosala West) long before this company took over so I wont put the property conditions on them. However, I moved out July 28 2021 and have gotten nothing but lies and BS regarding my deposit when and if someone ever answers the phone. The communication is horrible and I want my money! Very unprofessional and frustrating.
My move- in experience here was horrible. I was told the apartment was immaculately cleaned but was on horrible condition. The apartment was filthy from the entryway! As consumers in a pandemic we have to rely on honesty of the staff because we are applying and renting sight unseen. The carpet was visibly dirty, the kitchen smells of roach dropping because the refrigerator was infested and not replaced. The entire apartment was left unclean as if no walk through was completed by the staff after previous tenants moved out. But I was told by the staff it had been.
After bringing to their attention they sent people back out but it was hours later and I honestly had to clean myself because I refused to bring my things into such a mess. The cleaners still left behind roaches and their droppings behind they cleaned myself.
BEWARE!! Only rent here if you can see your apartment first or risk having the same experience!!

Low quality apartment for what you pay, really old cabinets that don t close right only lights are in the hallway and kitchen and also smells like cigarettes in it despite the new carpet and multiple air fresheners. It was kinda a shock seeing it since I didn t get to see it before moving in and the best part is it already had occupants in the apartment(cockroaches). I only moved since every other place has a banned breed list or weight bans on dogs.
great new staff mrs phyliss really helped out a lot with getting the place n the counters freshly new!! i appreciate that the o my issue is the phone when you cal i guess it don t ring but other than that the new owner of the property is a 4.5 star till i see different thank you
Ashley was awesome. She helped get everything in order quickly and professionally. The apartment is not what I was expecting for the price and is in need of major repairs especially the cabinets throughout the home. No washer or dryer in unit with no eta. I m hoping to have a few things rectified soon. But again Ashley is a gem.
Would like to give a big shout out to Danny in Maintenance. After a busy day, he worked late into the evening to swap my refrigerator out. He was very nice and even cleaned up after himself before leaving. Very professional! Thank you so much!
