We have been with Datacor for many years. With the length of relationship we have, you would assume Datacor would place some value on maintaining good rapport.
They seem to care only about their profits. We signed licensing agreements years ago with them that included annual increases, but in the last couple of years they have multiple times increased our licensing fees at renewal (with 30 days notice) by increasing the costs up to 500%! They have also unilaterally changed the licensing terms.
Their justification (when WE contacted them) was that we weren't in line with current pricing or that the product has had significant improvements that justify the increase. Unfortunately, they haven't provided any significant increase in value, just in cost.
If you need to increase pricing significantly the least you could do is reach out to your customer, not just include it on an invoice as a line item!
I suggest you go with a different ERP company.
Poor interface with the ERP software. Constant glitches and one has to constantly restart the program. I've been working with this ERP software for three years and would not recommend it - and no updates have been to improve.
