I want to say how great Jason Kelsy was with me ! ...

I want to say how great Jason Kelsy was with me ! I must of snuck in his queue seeming how they closed at 6pm and I got connected right at 5:50 pm . He was not upset or rushing the call and was on the phone for a whole 1hr 1/2 until he fixed my problem. He was very polite patient and relaxed the whole time. He should be recognized!!! Not a lot of people out there that love their job take the time to fix the problem and never the less be so polite and out going ! Thanks again Jason !
