This past Friday I took my 2018 GTI SE to Josh to get a couple of challenging trim pieces (custom Clark tartan shift and handbrake boots, an OEM short-shifter, an ECS anodized handbrake, and a BFI Heavyweight shift knob) installed. The quality of the work was nothing short of exceptional... Josh was determined to ensure I was completely satisfied with the final product, and I'm still amazed a day later at how perfectly and efficiently the work was completed on my car. And aside from being extremely friendly and enthusiastic, Josh is an extraordinary professional whose informed opinions I will trust in contemplating upcoming performance upgrades for my car. Had my S4's clutch upgraded here. Josh was professional and greatly knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions right away. The work was done very quickly and I was able to pick up the car the next day. I highly recommend taking your VW or Audi to this shop for maintenance or performance work.

After having issues with other shops in Tampa, I was referred to Das Autowerks. From the second I brought my car in, I was taken care of in an extremely professional manner. The owner came out and talked to me about what I wanted done to my VW, and what to expect with pricing. He was very honest and wanted to make sure I was getting the service I asked for. After the car was finished, he walked me through the service performed and ensured I was happy. This sounds small, but it makes a huge difference when you trust a shop to be honest with you. The prices are very fair, their service is great, and the willingness to earn my business through their work and customer service, is something I ll come back for. Thank you!

I typically don't type reviews but I truly recommend this shop. Excellent service from Josh today, definitely stood out from other experiences by far. He diagnosed the problem on the first phone call, was polite, honest, reliable and his pricing was very reasonable. Also everything was done within a few hours, I was very impressed. Great customer service, great rates, the owner josh is a great mechanic and will help you with anything. I couldn't get to my car until sat morning (their closed) and he met me there so I could pick it up.. awesome experience as always.

Super quick turn around for an oil change and MTF change with parts I brought in. These guys aren't just turning wrenches, they are active in the car community and seem to enjoy what they do on top of being quality mechanics. I can see my car spending more time with them, and me spending more money there.
