We have received quotes from numerous solar companies over quite a few months. Many were quite expensive or used inferior products. And they were quite pushy at times. We then contacted Alison for a quote. She was extremely knowledgeable & wonderful to deal with. The quote she provided us was within our budget for panels and inverter that were in the top 3. More importantly those companies have bases in Australia if we have any issues. Within a week of signing we had the panels installed. The installer was fantastic and had the solar up & working within 2 days. They were very professional and also ensured everything was clean when they left. I love Elevate Solar and can't recommend them high enough! I felt Alison was so genuinely caring about her customers and the environment. My mum got her solar with them, 2 of my friends got their solar through Elevate and now I have just put my 6.6kW Sungrow inverter and Hyundai panels on my home in Maryborough QLD. I couldn't be happier. First bill came in at a credit and I honestly attribute this to Alison and the way she is so thorough. She asked loads of questions to find out the best way to help me reduce ALL my utilities, not just electricity, and she takes her time in meetings with the approach of educating rather than just telling me the prices and feeding me scare tactics like the other companies (so annoying). I was made to feel like she would have my back if anything went wrong... and she did. An issue arose and she was all over it; she got it sorted straight away. The installers even clean up after themselves! Don't go ahead with installing solar with someone else before talking to Elevate Solar. You may regret it in the long run! The Total Due is an Amazing $81.61 Considering we used to get bills above $1000 before Solar this is incredible. We have received a Credit in this bill for the Queensland Solar Scheme of - $222.26 so that would be due to the amount being put back into the Grid. We are the happiest family ever.
