Dartford Borough Council Review

Missed rubbish collections. They say they will pick but no. Lip service to what is advertised when you contact. No empathy from staff in certain department. Mislaid documents.

The Dartford council website leaves a lot to be desired and very difficult to work out.

MY UNCLE GEORGE WAS 97 YEARS OLD AND IS THE OLDEST LIVING SIBLING OF MY MOTHERS FATHER , PLEASE LET HIS BONES REST IN PEACE AND MAY BE PEACE BE WITH YOU ALL AS A RESULT OF THIS GREAT MAN

99% of the residents in Munford Drive bungalows would like to thank all the contractors involved in the reroofing of our properties. The workman have been nothing but polite, helpful and considerate to us all, and we are very pleased with the finished product. Had lots of laughs and cups of tea and biscuits. Very professional thank you very much.

Not a good housing service they pick on vulnerable people and have built on the green spaces they allowed Tesco to take over half the town then pull out

The housing department leaves a hell of s lot to be desired they need to remember there public servants not the servants of the devil

Is the 3 time in row when the recycle bin was not collected and the truck stuff didn't put a note so we could know if something was put wrong in tge bin. Moreover their attitude was extremely rude and unhelpful when I nicely asked them why they won't collect it , shouting and telling that there are items that are not recyclable and they don't care if i should wait another 2 weeks to have this sorted as they could just put a note..

Hypocrites. They are sending their CEOs to my village to give people tickets for parking but they left their van parked on double yellows.

Absolutely useless. The refuse collection day is Friday but they never come on that day. If we're lucky it's Saturday but usually Monday or, as like this week, not at all. Worst council ever.

I find there services and helpfulness and plightness are tops and there very good I can't falt them in any way they've been there for me and there patients also understanding are wounerful I send my regards to them all

I called for a simple query regarding a parking meter which was out of service, I got given misleading information. The lady had no clue what I was going on about (she worked at the parking department but has NO idea how the machines work, maybe needs to leave her office and figure them out).
My query was not resolved and she had an attitude as if I had disturbed her morning coffee.
This is not the only encounter I have had with Dartford s rude and arrogant staff in their offices. Maybe give them BASIC customer service training skills OR maybe give these jobs to people who would want to do it with a passion.
Absolutely ridiculous.
