I called for a simple query regarding a parking me...

I called for a simple query regarding a parking meter which was out of service, I got given misleading information. The lady had no clue what I was going on about (she worked at the parking department but has NO idea how the machines work, maybe needs to leave her office and figure them out).
My query was not resolved and she had an attitude as if I had disturbed her morning coffee.
This is not the only encounter I have had with Dartford s rude and arrogant staff in their offices. Maybe give them BASIC customer service training skills OR maybe give these jobs to people who would want to do it with a passion.
Absolutely ridiculous.
