Be ready for a long check in line. There were like 40 trucks at the staging area. More coming in. My appointment was for 0800. Am still here at 1300hrs. So slow with everything. I won't deliver here again
Staff at the check-in desk are beyond rude. Act like they have total contempt for drivers.
Don t dare make the mistake of asking a question. Some of the most unpleasant and nasty people I have ever had to deal with.
All of the workers in the various buildings and the security people were great however.
This place has two check in places one is visible it has every instruction possible not to miss it.. the other one is hidden invisible check in they want you to find the second check in while there is no instructions saying you have second one whatever case maybe this guys need to have a patience when a driver who never being there misses that second check in... have some signs and instructions please thank you
Stay away, worst place to deliver a load to. They will test your patience.
Check guard was cool, to go in to where you wanna deliver is too much 3hrs total
This depot is a discrace, they hate veterans. It's ran by the local country boy redneck mob. A true example at why America is going downhill. This is a place ran by kiss-asses and yes men.military presence is almost gone entirely.almost every hillbilly here has the same last name and they are all related. Pathetic excuse for an American military installation. A good veteran doesn't stand a chance at nothing more than a bottom tier job.It seems that all of the management are on the same hunting lease or they play golf/ softball together. The talented workers are never promoted because they aren't in the clique.upper management are always finding a way to promote their friends and relatives into upper management positions. Corrupt . literally a popularity contest just like in highschool.

Park your truck ,bring registration and insurance and lic, come in get in line, they will run background check, wait...then get on the other window across, wait some more, I'm in line now, so dont know when I will get unloaded...I may not come back here

In and out took a bit to check in due to alot of trucks. NOTE Take CDL and truck insurance and registration in with you also your Pickup and or Delivery Number.
Every went smooth with the section that does your background check(commercial drivers)..keep up the good work. But the other section (2 ladies). IF YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE WORKING ..STAY HOME!!!
Take exit 206 make right turn on light before railway lines drive couple of miles then for sign for commercial vehicles on your left once you parked in parking spot look straight to building there no sign check in bring you truck binder too then they tell you ahead what to do. No restroom no overnight parking and they gonna take awhile to get you unload
Bring your patience if you are delivering or picking up a load. Truckers are back ground checked for felonies. I was here 4 hours to pick up a load.
They open at 6:30,no overnight parking..park,bring your truck registration,insurance,CDL,TWIC card.Just follow their instructions. Nice people..in and out: 2hrs
Not to bad of place to deliver, just be prepared u will be there for awhile. At 1st a background check, then go thru security, then drive another 5 miles following truck route, then have fun finding the right warehouse. Security told me to go to 452 they told me to go to 429, they said no go to 446. !!!!!! I have spend as much as 6 Hrs here. And they don t pay detention.
After reading all of the reviews before getting to the depot, my honey and I were dreading going to make our delivery. The check in took maybe a total of 20-30 minutes. The staff inside were very friendly, even cutting up and laughing with us! After getting backed into the dock and sitting for 30 minutes, a worker let us know we had to go to another building to get unloaded. Thank goodness it took no time for them to unload at the other building. All in all in took a total of about 2 hours. It was a good delivery met with friendly, smiling faces!
