Amazing services offered by a professional friendly staff! Jacksonville s kids are so fortunate to have them on their side!!!!!

I was a Daniel child this place helped me to become a better person and taught me how to go down a better path.

I am very aware of how things work here. My daughter had very severe issues and it took almost 6 months to get things going in the right direction. I went through 4 psychiatrist, 4 case managers, I also had to really be over and above involved so my child would get the right consistency and frequent help. 75% of the service here is gearing towards helping stabilize your child under Daniels rules and Daniels way, not to always stabilize them and prepare them for the home front unless you the parent are 100% involved. Daniels needs to do better with connecting with families and being consistent with more communication because our children are important and we as parents leave our children and THEIR MINDS in your hands, trust is a big deal and that's something Daniels has to work on when it comes to this service.

This program was not helpful for an still with the program i am constantly asked do me or my children need anything just to be told nothing can be done just to be questioned about what me and my children have going on and again to be asked about help but never receive it.

My case worker left a voicemail at a medical facility I attend and let everyone know that I am being sued for custody of my child. Her supervisor refuses to call me back. She reads my text messages and trashes me in front of my children. Despite my issues and complaints I am basically dismissed, and now being ignored. These are the most unprofessional people I've ever seen. .

I worked as an RN, treating youth with psychiatric issues. The charge nurse was completely incompetent. She did not know much about psychiatric nursing, would ask me and another psychiatric RN what to do with medication management, psychiatric behaviors, etc, then take all the credit so management believed she was on top of her game. That became very old. I didn't think anything of it at first, believing it was an oversight, but it continually occured and she was scary.
