Great people to do business with. Jane Vaden Thatcher is an extremely caring and giving person. She believes in taking care of her employees ,giving back to the community, and is a big animal lover who contributes to the local humane society. Mrs Thatcher like her father, the late Dan Vaden, is a tremendous asset to any community they do business in. They both are and were spectacular people. I would recommend the Vaden Organization to anyone in the market . The Vadens are just good people.

Between auto and insurance, I've never experienced a more hassle free car buying experience. These guys were able to allow me to buy the exact car I wanted by lowering my insurance!! And so nice and professional...they even entertained my son by letting him sit in a car on the showroom floor (he thought it was the Batmobile!). I'll continue to purchase all of my cars from these guys! Thank you!
I have been waiting on refunds for 2 warranty products and a GAP policy since 10-31-20. I emailed 4 employees at Vaden about my issue and no one has reached out to help me, 3 days, 4 people on the email and no response or offer to help me. I would give this group of crooks an negative 5 star if it was an option. Sad when you have to post a negative review to try to get someone to help. I bet someone will reach out to help now!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY from Vaden!!!!!
Visited the dealership after a call to internet sales requesting a drive out price for a car shown online for my grandson. It is a long drive to go the dealership and, being older, did not want to make the drive if the pricing was above what I had budgeted. Was told this could not happen. After the 2 hour drive to get there, I know why.
The sales lady was very nice, and proceeded to show us the car and its features and she was told we intended to buy today, cash, if we could get the money with our budget. However, the car had a flat tire. Was assured this was not an issue and would be replaced. She went to her management with our desired drive out price, which I assumed would the price of the car, taxes, and tag fees. She told me she had another car for us to see that may interest us.
What she should have said was, we cannot meet you budget with the car you want, so this is an alternative that would. The car was nice, but not what we wanted.
Then, the numbers. Added to the advertised price was the taxes, almost $700 for a doc fee, tag fees, and $950 for "reconditioning fee" for 2017 car with a flat tire. A very expensive wash job. Altogether, we had a list price of $11,600 with fees, and a total drive out of $14,200.
After we rejected the deal, we thanked the sales lady and thanked her for her time and proceeded to leave. The sales manager, or whatever, came in and we told him, we were willed to go over our budget, but expected to spend around $12,500 or so at best. He said that there was no way this could be done and was sorry we could not make a deal. I inquired about a reduction in the added fees and was told that was not an option and they could not reduce the selling price price to accommodate my budget. I thanked him and told him we could not spend anymore, we shook hands and we left.
We proceeded to another place and bought, basically, the sale car for $12,650.00. After we completed this deal and I returned to my car, there were several messages fro the sales manager and the sales lady on my phone.
When I returned the call, the sales manager asked if I already left town. I said I was on my way out. He told me he had talked to his boss, and we could make a deal at $12,700.00 after all. After 2 hours at his dealership, he could not do it while I was there. I let him know I had a made a purchase and was leaving town.
I realize that had I bought from this dealer, I would spend another hour with the Finance guy as he tried to sell warranty up grades and likes even though this was cash deal.
There has got to be another way to make buying a used car less painfull.
O7 Cadillac wouldn't start. Autozone diagnosis said it was the alternator. Took the car to vaden in Brunswick to get it fix. Vaden said it was the battery. Left Brunswick headed to NC. Check Charging System warning comes on again. Took the car to Firestone in Florence SC - It's the alternator!! Not the first time Vaden has messed up. Never again and will probably never buy GM car again.
Picked up a nail in a tire on the way through to WDW in Orlando with a family of 6, including 4 small children. Called out of the blue and and asked them if there was any way to get us into the shop to get the tire fixed as soon as possible so it didn't disrupt our trip significantly. We ended up 4 new tires at a great price, and out the door all in about 2 hours! The service advisor, Kevin was phenomenal! He kept us up to date on all progress and even made sure the kids were comfortable and had some snacks and paper to color on during the wait. What could have been a really frustrating situation for me and my family turned out to be a very minor inconvenience on our journey and we had a very pleasant experience overall.
On August 6th 2021, I had my 2017 Chevy Silverado towed to the Brunswick location to have it looked at and repaired. It is now, September 8th, and my truck is still not fixed, their service personnel do not return phone calls, and they give you the run around about why it's not fixed yet. Having my vehicle sent to that Chevy dealership was the biggest mistake I have ever made.
I experience the worst service today. I went to check in all 6 customer service pretend to be so busy but had no clients they were assisting. I check in @ 11:10 am for oil change, break job, and tire rotation . I had to call them around 2pm to see if my car was ready. Oh yea it's ready. Now remind you they dropped me off at the mall. I had to wait 35 minutes before they pick me up. There customer service is terrible. I reporred them to the manager and apologize . They need to do better. They have lost a customer.
