I went in for an oil change today and I was greeted right when i walked through the door by Torri. I was set up with Ashley and she got me written up and I was able to get my kids to the playroom. My advisor and others such as Morgan and even the manager Austin checked on me. Some of the sales staff came and spoke to me and my kids and greeted me as I was waiting. The new dealership looks great and the atmosphere from everyone is great. Best service department

The last visit I'll ever make to Dan Vaden Chevrol...

The last visit I'll ever make to Dan Vaden Chevrolet Dealership was a little over three weeks ago. A simple intake hose was installed on my vehicle took over eight hours. My mother sat in that place all day long and this was with a scheduled appointment! Never again! Sadly enough this is always the case when getting one's car service through the company. Never have we been offered a loaner vehicle for our convenience. This particular day should have been a day when a loaner would have been convenient and necessary. I would not recommend the company to anyone. I am not satisfied and any future vehicle I plan to purchase, would not come from here. Needless to say, the last major issue I've been having with my car, the service manager and others were trying their best to work with me, however, I'm tired of going back and forth with the same issue. I'm still having issues with the car, but I just haven't contacted them because its like I'm going in circles and nothing is being done because each time I take the car back, it runs fine at that moment, but when I leave it starts back to run like its been running before I took their recommendation and got this EXPENSIVE repair work done. I know how my car should feel and run and I'm the one who knows when its not operating properly.

I went in there and told the dealer I wanted to se...

I went in there and told the dealer I wanted to see a Chevy Spark, he asked how much I wanted to spend and I said I want to spend maybe five to $7,000 he said "wait right here I'll be back I'm going to look at what options you have in that price range" I waited for a few minutes in the parking lot then came back and said "come in my office I'll show you a list of cars you can pick what you like"
Then I got to his office he sat me down and said "you know what I'll pull the cars around here and show you the cars I'll be right back" what felt like 30 minutes went by and then he came back in this red Ford and said "hey I found this this for 8000 it's nicer than anything else in that price range you gave me it and I can give you a really good car note" mind you this is the only car he pulled around in the whole time he was gone.
And this would have been fine if
A I wanted a Ford
B I wanted to pay $8,000 on a used car
C I didn't specifically say I wanted to see a spark.
I didn't want this car at all so I asked can I just see a Chevy Spark so then you he walked me around the car lot and showed me about two or three cars in the $20,000 price range. Then he proceeded to say "hey if you want a car like one of these you need to come up a little to like 13 to 15 grand" (trying to up-sell me cars that I did not want and 13 to 15 is what I wanted to spend on a brand new spark) the whole time I was there I never got to see a Spark I just left and went to Rincon and got much better service.

If you are in the market for a car, anything with Dan Vaden attached to it RUNNN! Dealing with this dealership is a complete nightmare and very painful. I dropped my car off to be serviced and when I returned to pick up my vehicle they could not find the key. Since it was after 6 my service advisor left me because at that point it wasn t her problem and she was ready to go home. Kyle Woodall the manger put me in a traverse and said they will find the key tomorrow. Fast forward to the next morning no call, no follow up. I had to call the dealership myself to see if they located my key. Went to pick up my vehicle there was no apology from my service advisor or Kyle Woodall. I would of never posted this review if they would of just apologized for everything because people do make mistakes but if they don t care about their customers why should I care about their job security.

Thankful to have been referred to him and will be returning for all of my car needs. Meredith in finance was also amazing with a great personality! Wonderful service and will refer everyone to Dan Vaden.

I was lied to about services being done on my vehicle. I was there for 4 1/2 hours and nothing was done yet you charged me for the services. I tried to talk to the service rep and he kept blowing me off. I believe his name is Shawn. I had to get my husband involved and we got our money back after he talked to the head service manager. Will never ever EVER come back to this location. We have had service two times at this location and both times were horrible. Worst customer service we have ever received any where.

Dan Vaden always makes sure I get my 2014 CTS in and out in no time! I love never having to wait more than an hour, with how busy my day is it really means a lot to be able to have everything fixed quickly so I can go on! I strongly recommend them if you own a Cadillac!

This place is a joke when it comes to customer service. I pitty the fool who takes his car to be fixed here. Never again will I ever even look in the direction of your establishment for even a drink of water!! He didnt even recieve his military discount.

I cannot say I was completely satisfy and the reason why is my appointment was at 9 o'clock that morning I did not lead to after 11 on a routine or your change In supposably tire rotation I do not know if they rotated my tires like they say they do because I have Rims on my tires. Upon our arriving on Saturday, we discovered and were told that the vehicle was sold on Friday! No apologies no try to make it right just try to make another sale!!!!!!very disappointed.... would not recommend them!

We ordered some parts through GM and they were sent to this location after being on back order. An appointment was scheduled and when I got there no one had and clue if they had my parts and what was going on with my vehicle. After leaving frustrated I went back to see if I could get my part and have another Chevy dealer put them on. I was told that I had already picked up my parts and refused installation. I reached out to the number above and spoke with a woman that said she would look into it for me.....I never heard back from her even after I tried to follow up with her since she didn't follow up with me. Fast forward a few days I spoke with Robert and he helped me with no hesitation. Most of my parts were put on but now I'm stuck with parts that do not fit my vehicle that I cannot get a refund on the part or the installation fee we pain. I'm very unhappy!

Woah! Never, ever, ever, ever, take your car here ...

Woah! Never, ever, ever, ever, take your car here for service! I drive a 2016 z51 2lt Corvette stingray coupe and brought it in for an oil change, alignment, and a clunking noise I heard under the car while driving in from mobile Alabama at speeds that require my car to be perfectly tuned!

Reservation call was perfect! Took my info and scheduled me that afternoon for 1:30pm from a 9:00am call. Check in was smooth at 1ish, wonderful young lady, who definitely had to adjust the seat all the way forward, took my keys and engaged me appropriately!

Ms. Angie was next, warm and comforting, took pictures of my car and my info, confirmed what I was there for and called over the shuttle person after I requested the never available loaner, Chevy you have to do better! If we buy a $70k vehicle we expect a different level of experience...Mercedes like, jaguar like, even tesla like but to treat us like we just bought a Cruze! Unacceptable, that's at every dealership I've visited from ga to FL to ct to la! If theres no Express lane for high end customers at least have a comparable loaner, you have two hundred on the lot! I digress, there were people standing around waiting on their cars and trucks for hours, that should've been a sign.

Shuttle driver was excellent, even for a California driver! I felt safe and he had a great demeanor and conversation for a millennial. Delivered me to the Westin along the river promptly.

Heres where it goes sideways...About 6pm that night, having not received a call to retrieve my car, I called the dealership. The customer service rep was a smart mouth! I said "I'm calling to check on my car that I dropped off at 1pm, I haven't heard status updates nor received a call...is this customary?" To which she replied in a condescending tone, "they probably called you and you missed the call but Angie is gone now...I'll have one of the reps call you before we close at 7pm..." I never expected to get that call!

At 8am, on the next day I begin calling...first call, rep routes me through the call que, on hold for 4-5 minutes then I press the call back feature...I call back immediately dont get a live person and am routed through the system so I hold in the que for another 10min., then finally I get a call back from the previous call, it's the first lady i spoke to! I inquire about the car and she cant provide me diddly!

At this point i go through the dealership website to find a service contact. I think i emailed the sales manager about my experience, i get a call back within the hour. He tells me the tech couldn't reproduce what I heard and that's what was taking so long. I explained to him when and how it occurs. He said we'll take another look and get back with you.

Around 3pm that day I get a call from Angie to inform me that my car is ready. Shes so nice it's hard to be upset with her. So we schedule the pick up. Shuttle driver promptly arrives at westin and delivers me and the other passengers to the dealership. This lady has been waiting over four hours for a radio issue! Best buy can install a new one in under two hours!

I get there, Angie greets me and retrieves the technician. The tech was cool, explains when he got the car, 11am the morning of the second day! We go for a ride in the back parking lot. He fixed the clunking sound when you turn the car hard right or left in forward or reverse! He tells me about the 120lbs of torque required on the lower adjustment and 55-75lbs on the top. He said my bolts were loose, probably from the previous alignment, Chevy dealership in Macon, Ga!!!! I apologize (earlier I said he should be fired if he couldn't hear that loud noise, he aligned it first which fixed the problem) and thanked him!

The customer rep that checked me out was excellent and apologetic for the long wait. We talked about his cool car, a speed 3! I had to drive by it and check it out, it was cool!

I was terrified that I was not going to ge approved he keep me encourage believe in me when I didn't believe in myself. I'm so glad I made the choice to deal with these guys. Great customer service. And was very fast on getting the job done. I encourage anyone to go to dan vanden they will put you in a car. Thanks you guys at Dan vanden.

Is this not the job of a Chevrolet dealership to find cars for people that want to buy one? Had and even worst experience at the one in pooler. The Vaden women needs to retrain her sales force!

I brought my truck in for an inspection due to some unfamiliar noises coming from the front axle. I will say that the employee at the desk was very accommodating and was extremely professional, and even offered to let me into the shop and view my truck as it stood on the jacks to show me the issues found with the technician. Although I had an appointment for 7AM to drop off, this wasn t until around 4PM. After I got my quote, I left the lot and my brakes were sponged and I was having extreme difficulty stopping, as well as when in drive the vehicle was lurching forward with my foot on the brakes. I returned to the dealership to report this new found issue and was offered little to no help. The manager stepped inside the vehicle for about a minute and basically shrugged his shoulders and said he didn t know and that it wasn t their doing. I brought the vehicle to a second repair shop for another opinion, and it turns out they did not reconnect my brake booster line when they gave me the truck back.

He was seriously the best from the moment we started talking. We told him our situation, and what car we were looking for. He didn't hassle us around. He didn't waste any of our time. In regards to Dan Holton in service he has earned another poor review for another dealership. I had to deal with him at JC Lewis Ford and his communication is basically non existent. I was told my car would be ready on Friday but then never received any other updates. I attempted to call multiple times and could never get an answer. I had to physically come up to the dealership in order to get an update. Absolutely terrible service advisor no matter where he is at!!

They really do go way out of their way to listen you you, make you fell comfortable, and find you or get you exactly what you want or need. If I could give this business zero stars I would. This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had!! Buying my vehicle was no issue besides the typical back and forth that can be expected it was after the deal had been made that the problems began. Josh the sales rep is the laziest person I have ever met in customer service. I would not even include the service he provided in that category as all contact with him stopped after we had signed the paperwork. This was a serious issue as the truck I purchased needed to have a lift in stalled and windows tinted. After calling every number I could find after waiting almost a week to be contacted to set up the appointment I finally was assisted by management and was able to schedule a time to drop the truck off to have the work done. After leaving it there for a week I picked it up only to immediately realize the windows had never been tinted!! When I pointed this out management said they would contact me to schedule another appointment. Well you guessed it I was never contacted until chevy called about my experience with the dealership. After that I was promptly called and set up an appointment. When dropping off the vehicle for the second time I witnessed some of the most unprofessional behavior by management I have ever seen. Managers were sending calls that were coming in to voicemails that were full. How do I know you ask because he was bragging about it to me THE CUSTOMER! No wonder they are hard to get ahold of. The worst part is this was done in front of Barry one of the top manager at the dealership. If this unprofessional behavior is ok to the top management you already know what to expect from everyone else. Well if you think that is it you would be wrong when I picked up my vehicle I wasn't happy with the tint. When I voied my frustration I was given excuses and a genuine lack of caring that then turned into heckling with thigns such as "Have a nice life" and "I guess we will never have to see you again." Bottom line don't waste your money here!!! TERRIBE dealership with terrible people!!!!!!!!

This was absolutely the worse possible situation that could happen to anyone - - I brought my car in for an oil change, drove it home and the check engine light was on along with a number of other things. Took it back to Vaden only for them to tell me that it was my own personal problem and if I wanted them to fix it then it would be almost $500.

All I wanted was for my car to be in the same condition that I brought it to them in. That's all. But after an extensive conversation with Mr. Rahn and then not receiving the results I wanted, I had to speak to Lee who agreed to fix it all for no charge.

I felt embarrassed, diminished and mis-treated.

These days you only hear about someone complaining about poor service or bad merchandise. Yes, certainly everyone has a right to vent. But, it s on rare occasions for someone to bestow accolades for a job well done! Today, I am going to break this trend and pass along excellent marks to the Vaden team when it comes to customer service.
True story!
Picture this rainy nasty day pulling into Vaden s temporary service entrance that s under construction. A perfect day to be irritable to say the least. Ice breaker. The first party that walks up to my vehicle is the Service manager Austin Rahn with an umbrella. First, he apologized for the construction which they were going through and he would be helping me. We went into the office and he gathered the necessary information necessary to log me in. After that he contacted Ms. Faith Van Buren and she gracefully worked up the forms for me to obtain a loaner. Needless to say that both individuals were very accommodating and super friendly. I wasn t there over 20 minutes and picked up my vehicle that afternoon. When walking out the door, I said to myself that was too easy. Why would anyone want to go to any other dealer? I went to look at/test drive a car. The appraiser sucked, wanted to give me way way less than what my "old" car was worth. Their knowledge about other cars also sucked. I mean I didn't expect them to fully understand a different make of car, but my "old" car is a GMC. They told me my "old" car was not worth as much because it was a base model. Um, no it's not a base model. Dan Vaden will never get my business.

This was not the first dealership I went to on my journey to find the right truck. But it was my last!! I spent two days working with Malachi Dalton to find the truck that fit my needs. I went in looking at used vehicles and left with a brand new 2020 Chevy Silverado! Malachi and the finance manager busted their butts to not just get me into a truck but get me in the truck I wanted and that was within my financial means. Best experience I ve had at a dealership!
