I have spend 4 years at this school and am very grateful to God for giving me an opportunity to study the Bible at DTS. I came from Ukraine as an international student and experienced a lot of grace from the professors and administration of Dallas Theological Seminary. The classes were not easy though! Hope and pray for many more years of ministry for this great School!
Rev. Lu Daihao from Taiwan, after going to school, went to this school.
The current park, HAS an immense eight-pointed star on the floor.
Nice experience
I had studied theology seven years in my country. However, I have never learned valuable biblical theology and language skills anywhere else before I started to study in DTS. For those who are thirsty, don't ask and come to DTS!
It's a university so the people there don't know how to do any physical work. They're great and figure it out theoretical ideas in concept. There in the education field. And that's usually for the reason those that can, do exclamation mark in those that cannot do, teach.
Thank God for Dallas theological seminary taught me basic Bible knowledge from 2008-2012
I ve loved my learning experience and I ve made some friends in the process. Great school!
I studied Church Learship with Dallas many years ago. I highly recommend this wonderful school!

My experience is being mentored and trained in my church family to serve and lead
How could I have an opportunity to study in this seminary?
In my opinion, professors are what make a great school. They have some of best. If you are looking to challenge yourself to better know God's word and its application you should to check this place out. Even if you are not looking to get a degree or go into full time ministry, the impact of the professors and the interaction with the material will change you.
Love their mission and their goals. Teach Truth, Love Well.
Excellent institution that teaches you about reading your bible and understanding theology. I have grown by leaps and bounds here, it is tough though both spiritually and mentally. The baggage and perspective you bring with you will have impact on your experience.
I took the Free Genesis class by Dr. James Allman and I wouldn't pick another person to teach it. He was Absolutely Amazing. He was funny, intellectual and was a reflection of Jesus Christ. I also emailed him personally about a question on a topic outside of the Genesis class and He responded quick and was very informative and loving in his answer.
I pray I can take more classes with him when I go there by the grace of God.

NT and OT departments are second to none. If you value the languages, this is it.
Hello! I would like to know how DTS foreign student admission works
Great school to study in depth all 66 books of the Bible as well as church history, theology, original biblical languages, counseling and Christian education. Tuition is not the cheapest but plenty of scholarships are available. The student body is very diverse which enriches your training experience. The seminary has a large library, student housing, cafe and food pantry. Guest parking is available. All campus is wheelchair accessible.
I'm grateful for this school and what it has become.
I pray that the Lord's hand of protection, purity and provision will rest on the school for years to come.
Much of my learning opportunities at DTS flowed directly out a personal relationship with Jesus.
If my personal relationship with Christ was struggling (& often it did!) I was even more challenged by the subject matter.
Oh the fracas to learn it, AND live it, AND love it well!
I am not a student here, but I have attended 3 conferences all held at the Campbell Building. Each conference had impactful and relevant topics for dealing with current issues that the churches face... generational gaps, sex abuse, & pastoring parents. They gather knowledgeable and well-respected speakers and workshop leaders to these conferences.
The staff who coordinate and run the conferences including facilities, soundboard, lunch, etc. do an excellent job.
The only one in town that had A. Colin Day's Roget' s Thesaurus of the Bible.
Thank you.

Dallas Theological Seminary: A Comprehensive Guide to Studying the Bible
Are you looking for a place to deepen your knowledge of the Bible? Look no further than Dallas Theological Seminary. With locations in Dallas, Houston, and Washington, DC, as well as online courses available, DTS offers a comprehensive education in biblical studies.
Founded in 1924 by Lewis Sperry Chafer, DTS has been committed to providing students with a solid foundation in biblical truth for nearly a century. Today, the seminary continues that tradition through its rigorous academic programs and commitment to equipping men and women for ministry.
At DTS, students have the opportunity to study all 66 books of the Bible through its various degree programs. Whether you are pursuing a Master of Divinity or a Doctor of Ministry degree, you will receive an education that is grounded in Scripture and focused on practical application.
One unique aspect of DTS is its commitment to dispensational theology. This approach emphasizes the progressive revelation of God's plan throughout history and highlights the distinctions between Israel and the church. Students who attend DTS will gain an understanding of this theological perspective and how it shapes their interpretation of Scripture.
In addition to its academic programs, DTS also offers numerous resources for those seeking to deepen their understanding of God's Word. The seminary's Center for Christian Leadership provides training opportunities for pastors and other church leaders while its Hendricks Center for Christian Leadership & Cultural Engagement hosts conferences on topics ranging from apologetics to ethics.
For those who cannot attend classes on campus or prefer online learning options, DTS offers several fully online degree programs as well as individual courses that can be taken remotely. These courses are taught by experienced faculty members who are committed not only to teaching but also mentoring students throughout their educational journey.
Overall, Dallas Theological Seminary is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a comprehensive education in biblical studies. With its commitment to dispensational theology and practical application of Scripture combined with rigorous academic standards and numerous resources available both on-campus or online - it is no wonder why so many people choose this institution when they want quality theological training!
