Dallas Regional Medical Center Review

I can't say anything but if you are not dying go somewhere else. This is not meant for advise but to say that I took my wife there and they act as if you are not there for help but to squat. I have so many reasons to judge but I'll let you make the decision on your own. I wish I would've read the reviews before going because they are truly accurate from what I experienced. Good luck and I hope they really care about this place as they will respond to say. I guess you can't blame it on the Hospital but on the lack of care from the people working in it.

This is worse experience of my life. I sat in the Er for 7hrs without being seen i kept asking the staff about wait time they could not give me any answers the charge nurse was rude . I rather go 50 miles out of the way to another hospital than to ever go here again . just horrible this place should be shut down

I lost my dad to this terrible hospital. He was sent in by ambulance, and I was unable to be by his side. I also told the ambulance I didn't recommend this hospital, but it was their protocol due to my dads symptoms. My dad was unable to communicate. My dad was showing stroke like symptoms, when actually he was dealing with hyperglycemia. These so called doctor's supposed to have taken a Hippocratic Oath. Nobody called to let us know any updates. Nobody cared to even ask what medicine my dad was on. To all the medical staff who participated in my dads poor health care. I'm not saying all doctors and nurses are bad here, but only the ones who were too lazy and unconcerned to actually save a life. I put this in God's hands now. You know what you did to cause his death. You know who you are. People please do not send your loved one here. If you are able to take your loved one to another hospital, with better ratings, please do so! If anyone out there ever felt suspicious of a death, make sure to get a autopsy done some place else, and medical records. It's time people wake up, and hold these people accountable! I'm tired of you poorly trained doctors and nurses taking people lives, and then trying to cover it up! Please stop being reckless with people lives! Some of y'all got them medical degrees for the money, and not because you want to help people. You also probably think people don't have intelligence, and won't find out the truth! I had a well experienced doctor from another hospital, and lawyer look over my dads medical records. I was told from the looks of things, there was definitely some mistakes made, and autopsy would definitely show how they caused his death. Just knowing this only made me feel worse about my dads death.
It was not a natural death, it was negligence! The experienced doctor also noticed the wrong cause of death, on my dads death certificate. This hurts me so bad. Now, I'm living with guilt on not driving my dad to a better hospital, when ambulance said they could only do this hospital. My dad could have still been here, but somebody at the hospital felt like rushing his death date. It wasn't my dads time to die, and you incompetent people felt because he was old, that you felt it was ok to give him poor care. Too many people are just believing whatever these doctors say, and not investgating the truth. Well, I do know God will handle these people who did wrong, and expose the people who don't belong in the medical field. Chen Shung and Jabi Abdulatif what really happened ? God knows what was done, and all the things done in the dark shall come to the light. I pray nobody else have to deal with losing a loved one like me, due to negligence from this hospital.

So I've been here for other reasons in the past. But I am scheduled to have my c section here, and after reading the reviews I'm s bit worried and having second thoughts...I'm due in a couple weeks. But not trying to have s bad experience. I had my first daughter at Sunnyvale and they were awesome. But I hate to change doctors at last min.

All nursing staff that was in charge of caring for us during and after the birth of our first baby was excellent. I would recommend anyone to go here for labor and delivery.
The nurses assisting me during labor and delivery read my birth plan and went above and beyond to help me meet my birth plan goals, which I did. They helped me with laboring positions and even brought in a birthing ball and lavender essential oils without me even asking. They also went searching for a wireless monitor so that I could move around during labor. The nurses in the postpartum wing were just awesome. They checked on us every 2 hours. They always asked if there was anything else we needed before they left the room. Everything about our experience at this hospital was A+.

I ve been in & out of the ER the last 2 days, dehydrated during pregnancy. Y ALL. I cannot express how much this hospital has had so many positive changes in the last several years. My ER nurses (Lancia & Bruce) made sure to go above & beyond for me, & the X-ray tech (Dave) def gave me a good, much needed laugh after being so miserable the last few days. Don t knock them until you give them a try!

My primary care refered us to this center, we got Dr. Maria and she was just amazing. Luckily our 2 year old had no major issues. Unlike other doctors, she went out of her way to double check the ultra sound to make sure her opinion is accurate. Instead of reading the technicians report, she came into the ultra sound room and went over everything with us. Showed us everything and explained it in detail. The place is very clean and child friendly. Would recommend friends and family.

We had a great experience while my dad was hospitalized in Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite. The ER and ICU doctors, nurses, therapist as well as all hospital staff were knowledgeable, attentive and caring. Most importantly, my dad s health improved and he was able to be released to a rehabilitation facility within a few weeks. :)

This hospital's quick response to my grandmother's heart attack resulted in an amazing recovery. The ER staff immediately recognized the need to call the cath lab team, and she was taken to get a stent so fast that despite having a major blockage in her Right Coronary Artery (a life threatening decision), she has absolutely no lasting heart damage. The response times to her condition and treatment are nearly unheard of. I should know, because I am an ER nurse in a major hospital in the DFW area. All hospitals have long wait times occasionally. All ER's will have angry patients who did not get what they were hoping for (many people want immediate answers and a quick fix- not what the ER is for), but this hospital performed EXACTLY the way a well run facility should, and they saved a life.

I recently had to go to the ER two nights in a row for my pregnancy and being really sick. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and truly concerned for me and my needs. They acknowledged my husband and son and made sure they were comfortable as well during the time we had to be there. All the emergency rooms we have ever had to go to this one was by far the most humane and full of concerned staff. I had read some of the reviews prior to going and was a bit nervous by them. The staff exceeded all expectations and have now sent us home feeling so much better and with all the information we need to follow up with. Thanks to the amazing staff of Dallas Regional Medical Center, we have found our new go-to destination for medical emergencies.

Came in here with my mom who is 3 months pregnant and is bleeding and having painful stomach cramps. Writing this review from the waiting room because we have been here for 3 hours now. When I went to ask why we have waited so long (I mean, hello! My mom is bleeding and in pain!) The lady at the desk told me its the drs discretion what's considered high risk. As we watch a man with a sprained ankle walk in. Before that a woman with a (I'm not kidding) SCRAPE on her knee. Like something a child gets when falling.

Always heard " Dont go therr" but i had to come hete in an emergency situation. I must say i am impressed! It is VERY clran. The staff is very kind and extremely firmed.

Today's visit with my oldest son was an amazing experience. Our RN Rory was super awesome and has a spirit filled with Peace, Love, and Happiness. If you're ever in need of a Good Hospital with Great Staff then Dallas Regional Medical Center is the only Hospital you'll need to go.

Worst experience ever they let die at this hospital

They waited over 8 hours to tell me my insurance (BCBS) wasn't accepted after they put me in a room and started running tests.
Not a good place to go.

HORRIBLE HOSPITAL! I do not know how they are still operating with all of these bad reviews. My review is for the labor and delivery area. I went to stay overnight with my sister while she was being induced. I went so she wouldn't be alone and so I could help her with whatever she needed. I understand that's what the nurses are there for, but I know they have other patients to tend to. My sister was getting up to use the restroom trying to hold her gown closed from behind and trying to push her IV stand at the same time. I got behind her and said I would push the stand and the nurse put her hand on my should and stopped me from helping her. She said, "she can do it herself. She has done this before." It made me angry because she physically prevented me from helping my sister. I'm aware that she can do it on her own but I wanted to help her because she was in pain. In the morning, I asked for ice for my sister and no one ever came after 30 minutes of waiting, so I went to the front desk and asked if they could tell me where the machine is so I could get it (i asked veey politely) the nurse at the desk said, "we will get it when we can, we have other things we are trying to do right now." 10 minutes later I see the same nurse just sitting there talking and laughing. 20 minutes goes by so I finally leave to sonic and ordered a large cup of ice. When putting in her epidural we were kicked out and not allowed in the room. 20 minutes goes by and we asked to go in and the lady at the desk said that we couldn't yet because the nurse and doctor were in there. We said we could see the doctor and nurse sitting in front of their computers.. the lady then said "well we have to make sure there aren't any complications." My mom said, "I was just checking because I've never been kicked out for an epidural before." Then the lady said, "well every place is different." We waited a whole hour before being able to see her. Basically, horrible customer service, patients needs do not come first, and they are not great with making the family feel comfortable.

Called to get information on my sister who had her gallbladder removed. We were trying to figure out what time she would be released since she s been there for two days, and due to Covid-19, she cannot have any visitors. I was transferred to her nurse, Patty. She had horrible phone etiquette! She didn t greet or introduced herself and just said I ll call her surgeon I couldn t even get a question in before she was interrupting me and then hanging up without saying goodbye or getting my information to call me back. My sister said she has really bad attitude, bedside manners and she is not helpful at all, and did not check on her like the other nurses did.
My sister did not have a positive experience with this nurse.

This hospital is terrible. I m sorry to say but I do not recommend this hospital. They made me feel very uncomfortable and and I was there for 3 long hours. And it looked dirty and unclean.

They didn t feed me dinner .... they don t tell you why they taking your blood or give your results !!!! They don t answer the call button either

This whole hospital need to be investigated! Like seriously do not take anyone you care about here. My family member did not have Covid. So this is not a covid death. They died because this hospital in my opinion have a lot of incompetent nurses and doctors! I seriously think a majority of washed up uneducated doctors and nurses came to work here. Where did these doctors get their medical degree from, that work here? I honestly feel like they are euthanizing some people on purpose. It could be possible a doctor or nurse, could be harming patients on purpose. I don't know, but there is definitely something suspect with all the deaths that are not related to covid. The hospital can hear all the complaints they want, but want do a thing! It's something real shady going on! It feels like so many innocent people losing their lives, and they can get away with it due to the pandemic.

Unbelievable! My sister asked for water, 3 times, over a 2 hour period, before being bought some, by a technician.
Everyone served lunch, except her.
Finally, receives a Turkey sandwich around 2:30, after requesting several times... She was told around 4pm, no water or food until after 8pm, because she would be having a sonogram. At 9pm, she texted me to say she had not had the sonogram yet. She finally calls the desk to see why not, and is told it would not be given until the next day. (When were they going to tell her, and give her water and something to eat?)
It does go on and on.... Ridiculous, indeed!
I bet they don't forget to bill her!

I didn't once feel like I needed to prove my health or lack thereof, the doctor looked thoroughly into my concerns and found more than I expected. After the results, he went through each page and explained each test result to me. The nurses who took care of me were extremely friendly and very caring. Best experience I've ever had in any medical situation.

I am so disappointed because I've never had a problem here. I had my first and only child here and every employee I've ever encountered has always been great. I was here for 5 hours for chest pain I had been having since early this morning. Over 12 hours. Trying to treat it with naproxen and ibuprofen/aspirin as well as rest, water and food. Started at 9am and I went to the ER at 7:30pm. I mentioned a previous incident that I wasn't sure could be related or not but wanted them to be fully informed. I won't go into detail publicly but I had a horrible time with one of your nurses and would like someone to contact me so I can report him to the board. Besides that, I never had anyone talk to me or explain to me what could be the problem, even after an x-ray and CT scan, never was given any advice on treatment or what else I could do at home, no kind of acknowledgement about my chest pain because come to find out they had me down for throat pain the entire time. Was promptly given my paperwork and prescription and told 'we're releasing you, take this (more naproxen), bye'. When I asked why they couldn't tell me what was wrong and that I was still having chest pain he literally said "well what do you want us to do about it?". You are a hospital with doctors and nurses paid to do EVERYTHING about it. This is the absolute worst experience I've had here and am disappointed and upset in the people you choose to hire to take care of your community. Whoever the doctor is with the curly hair and glasses and always very cheerful, I wish he would have been there instead tonight. He is one of your best. But I won't be back. I'm in bed still in bad pain after taking more naproxen and more aspirin. Still with absolutely no answers and more stress.

The only reason why it has a star is because just one nurse was nice and actually very helpful. Overall, such a horrible experience, I have been trying to get in contact with a family member, but I have been in the phone for 1 HOUR! In hold. And the people who would answer, would answered in a rude way. And when they answer, they would just have me being transferred over the whole hospital, because I can t believe they can t even locate a patient. The only reason we went to this hospital was because the ambulance took the patient to the nearest hospital. Please do not go to this hospital, majority of the staff are not helpful at all.

My daughter was seen by Dr. Holtzman and he is a horrible ER doctor he does not even care about his patience my daughter was having a asthma attack and running a fever and he sent her home and said nothing was wrong with her. I had to take my child to another hospital to get proper treatment. After 2 hours of breathing treatment and a steroid my child was doing better. No thanks to this man who said my 7 year old child was fine and nothing was wrong with her and had the nerve to laugh when i told him that she was not ok and need further treatment.

Good hospital. Nice staff. Doctors are freindly. But a few doctors are damb amitures working for a damn pay check. The health department failed. America failed. Obama addministration failed.

My son was recently admitted to this hospital and it was the absolute worst experience of our life. The ER was awesome but after that it was horrible. My son was admitted and treated very poorly and that is an understatement. The admitting Dr. Tatiana, the floor nurses and ICU nurse are an embarrassment to the medical field. Their ignorance of basic nursing care is very scary. The ICU nurse when giving report to a facility he was transferred to out right lied, I witnessed this, she was rude and just wanted to get rid of him no matter what it took. I am so thankful for the ER nurse & being a nurse myself and still to this day can not wrap my mind around the extremely poor care my son received.

A year ago my boyfriend cut his finger open. They just now sent him a bill for $6000 and wants him to pay it all in one go! We were there for 5 hours, everyone was rude, and did not care one bit about anyone there.

Took my sister there, next I know they are escorting her out without any treatment and told us to never bring her there or they would have her arrested. My sis has bipolar 2 and was there for extream abdominal pain and vomiting. I have filed a formal complaint against this place with the state. They cause my sister to have a mental breakdown. Never again.

When calling spent an hour waiting for an attendant to pick up, service for my father was lousy, the nurses told me partial and incorrect information that asking them to call his doctor for more information quickly rectified. If it's an emergency and you have no other choice, still find a different hospital then this one.

I honestly would NOT be writing this review at all if I didn't witness a sheer atrocity be perpetrated against a mother entering the hospital for her scheduled cesarean. After keeping her waiting for hours, she was informed they would admit her after 3 pm. She waited. (Not having eaten or drank anything mind you and obviously heavily pregnant.) Then she was told they could not do her cesarean until Monday because someone needed to be discharged, as there were no beds. This is after many hours of waiting, trying to understand why the hospital and doctors she trusted to deliver her baby suddenly decided she was not important enough or worthy of basic consideration.

If a cesarean section is scheduled, I would (rightly) assume it is with respect to the doctors' time constraints and with due consideration given to prepare for emergency situations as well. (Is this not why expectant mothers see multiple doctors within a practice--to prepare for an unseen event in which her own doctor is unable to attend her delivery, that she might be familiar and comfortable with receiving care from one other than her assigned/chosen OB?)

DRMC needs a critical crash course in care. To cause her such an upset at such a major juncture is inexcusable. Your patient care is shoddy at best and crass and dehumanizing at worst. Today you were at your worst. I would fully pursue legal action due to unnecessary stress on this family. You put an infant at rish simply because you could not be troubled to provide basic decency. She should have been informed the moment you knew her surgery had been rescheduled rather than forced to fast and then go through this debacle. I hope to God she is able to deliver elsewhwere.

I give this sh***y hospital and staff 1 star. My mother came to this hospital because she was referred to come from a previous emergency clinic, and after showing the front desk that she had doctor papers to be seen ASAP, they totally ignored it. The waiting room was so cold and when we asked for a blanket for my mother, they said they didn't have any to give out. What hospital has no spare blankets??? Then my mother started to vomit and not 1 person from their staff even bothered assistance. Once my mother was taken to the back the staff was worse and just RUDE. They rolled their eyes every time we asked a question or needed assistance. My mother is elderly/ diabetic and at times its hard to control certain fluids so of course she had a accident and instead of offering any assistants, I had to clean my mother myself and get her dressed, granted I don't mind or wasn't bothered by it. I've been to other hospitals where the hospitality is awesome and every nurse is never bothered to assist. But this staff was rude, unprofessional, made patients feel uncomfortable to ask a damn question, and had no manners. No one should be treated the way these disgusting animals treated not only us but others as well. Never will I ever recommend this hospital. Hopefully a higher end see's these reviews and makes a change for the better.

Dont go to this hospital if you have blood sugar problems. They leave diabetics in waiting room to die.

Me and my family have beeno going to this hospital for a year now. We are always pleased with their services. I don't understand all the negative comments about this place. The office staff can be rude, the doctors and nurses however are amazing!!

The absolute worse hospital in DFW. The staff in ER will make fun of you for crying out in pain. They will even go as far as to tell you your level of pain and ignore you after. Push the call button all you want, you can even yell for help. No one comes. If you refuse the COVID test, they'll force you when you're unable to defend yourself.

Very friendly staff is the 1st thing I have to say. It's a small hospital and I thought some parts were dirty but they helped me out and fixed my problem. My dr was knowledgeable and very nice.

I hope you don't have to come here but in the event that you do its a good hospital

Very unprofessional. Technician blatantly ignored proper technique and training. Went in for simple day surgery and surprised I didn't die. Don't go here.

As I read these reviews, I wonder if I was at the same hospital that my granddaughter just had her baby. Everyone here was so nice and professional. When I say the Entire staff was great, from the lady at the information desk right in front of ICU waiting room and the ER staff was great. Not to mention the 2nd floor L&D nurses and staff was excellent.I have never seen such excellent unity team support than this group before. To name a few, Mrs Lisa, Ohhhhhhhh my sweet sweet Mrs Teresa(Anastasia), to the natives from Louisiana, to the lab staff, charge nurse, 7-11pm shift and 11-7am shift nurses Wow ! Even though my granddaughter said you will never see her again as a patient, she will forever cherish you on how you made her feel and comfort her. And let me not forget Dr C, thank him as well, excellent OB doctor, man of few words but knows his stuff. To the president of this hospital thank you for a wonderful staff....

Worst experienced ever....monica that works at registration was very rude and according to her she its not allowed to talk about anything u ask her....so my question its why in the world she its working there for???
Please get some costumer service training x the employees...we the costumers pay ur salaries so at least we deserved to be treated the right way...

Tonight my brother was rush to this hospital because he was having a hard time breathe. When I got here I had an encounter with brittany. I ask for something and I was told she have to many patients right now to help me. They was talking about my brother and didnt even know I was his sister. . This hospital lowest level of cleaning,Rude stuff, and Received funniest answer. I want up to justin ask him whom can I speak with about a issue. That's when he want and got the charge nurse monica inform her I wrote a review and told her about the issue above. She stated they just switch shift and that's it.

I had the greatest delivery here with Dr. Maduka, and nurse Toni. I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience and Toni was very efficient and caring with my daughter. Thank you for making my first experience with birth a great one.

I had to go in there last week and this is the worst place ever. I wish I had a choice of where I wanted to go. The staff was extremely rude to me and treated me poorly. They cut off my pants and shirt and would have thrown away my wallet and keys if I didn't stop them. They stapled my hair into my wound and when I went to get the staples removed it opened back up. I will never be going there again if I can help it.

The worst hospital EVER dont come here if you wanna live they want treat you for the reason y your there, the nurses dnt do their job only thing they do is sit around on their phones showing other nurses pictures PATHETIC also if your staying at the hospital an a family member staying they cnt leave if they do they cnt come back ive never heard of that i wish i could give a negative star but I have to give 1 star

I recently fractured my foot and had to be seen fairly quickly. Dr. Carlton and the whole staff were able to accommodate my hectic schedule. The office is clean, with a friendly helpful staff they took my temperature and made sure they were following COVID procedures to a Tee. I have never been to a podiatrist before but I would highly recommend Dallas regional medical center.

ER is very poorly staffed and unprofessional. I was hospitalized there for 3 Days. They never changed my linen..poor room service!!! I have a very large bruise on my arm from poor unqualified nursing attendee in ER And that was 3 weeks ago . Just poor staffing and quality. Hospital need renovation!!

Avoid at all costs! It's really not worth it- even for an emergency! I would have rather not gone anywhere than spend a second here. I had my er bill- which I paid off, btw- get sent to collections months after I paid it all! How shady is that! They really are terrible at keeping records of your payments, in fact, they don't, at all. Don't risk your credit by coming here.

These ppl get 0 stars from me. Totally unaware of their policie. I went there with my children so that I could get seen and I was refused of care. I explained to them I m new to Tx and had no one to care for my children. They still ask was there any place I could take them. They lady that sit at the door told the nurse this is why ppl think they can do what they want exactly what does that have to do with me getting care. I know my rights and I m going further with this matter.

If I can give a 0 star I would!!! 1 of the doctors in the ER told me that I was crying wolf that I wasnot suicidle that I was just playing game. So I got up and told him that fine I was going to walk out and run out into the street and get run over by a car or jump of a brige, and he said do you want your clothes? I told him no I wouldn't need them because I was coming back dead and I omost madee it to the road when him, a nurse and a security guard made it to me and was able to grab me and pull me back into the er room and on the way back into the hospital the doctor asked me if I was having fun. every time hee looked into my er room he smilled and looked like he was laughing at me crying. An other time my step father went and they told him that he has cloged arteries but because he has no insurance they did nothing and sent him home. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PAITENTS!!!!

This was a horrible experience for me, I checked myself out after being left in the ER room for almost 4 hours without being told anything that was going on or being checked on. Never again will I come here

Very good hospital, with a good staff I gave birth to my girl and although the doctor arrived a little late the nurses did an excellent job especially the nurse Tracy who was in the delivery and helped me a lot for that night so that my girl left Well, the other two days the other nurses Betsy, Kim, Liz, Mary Ann and others that I don't remember her name were also very very kind, they always arrived on time when I needed something, my baby or I. Thanks to all of them, we are already at home very good.

Six days never changed sheets or gown, hospital so out dated on room 219, had to unplug drip machine every time I had to go to bathroom. Asked for sponge bath never one. What a nightmare. The only thing good was the Doctor food sucks.

I moved to Dallas during my 35th week in pregnancy. I had a hard time finding a doctor that would take me. My insurance found Dr Constantine who had good reviews. After finding he delivers here, I was nervous after seeing the reviews rated so low. I had to remind myself that most reviews were for the emergency room and most people leave reviews after they've had a bad experience.

Looks can be deceiving. This is a small hospital. It doesn't have a lot of the bells and whistles that some bigger hospitals offer, but it has everything you need. I showed up to the labor and delivery unit already dilated to 8cm. I was nervous that I wouldn't get an epidural in time. The anesthesiologist came in quick and was able to give the epidural quickly. As soon as it was given, my water broke and baby was ready to make an entrance. The nurses were amazing, breathing with me the whole way.

Recovery was good. All nurses were friendly and eager to help with whatever I needed. I would recommend this hospital for labor and delivery.

my experience with this medical center was horrible. The service sucked, the wait time was forever , all they told me from my urine sample was I'm not pregnant and to go to OB to check what's wrong and gave me pain meds. I will literally never come to this place again.

Very rude staff. I felt like I was treated like an enemy when I haven t done anything wrong to them. I approached each and every staff in a friendly way but very few dealt with me nicely. I, also, always thought Filipinos have the most pleasant, charming personality, especially when it comes to work, but it changed that perception of mine after being here today. It was so depressing to have encountered the most unprofessional, ill-mannered, impudent people who were supposed to be patient and respectful. They are such a shame to the image of Filipino Nurses , such a shame!

Had an excellent experience! I had injured my wrist and called at 8am, and they were able to get me an appointment at 9:15am. I am self-pay and they told me over the phone how much to expect to pay. I received x-rays and excellent care from Dr Edward. All of the staff were professional and so kind. I was given more discounts for self-pay by the financial counselor and ended up paying even less than expected!

I took my disabled husband up there for a absessed tooth and i told the doctor that we had a appointment with the dentist on aug 27th to pull all of his teeth because his teeth are pretty bad. He asked the doctor for a antibiotic and something for pain he was almost in tears from pain and they only gave a antibiotic and refused any pain meds told him to take ibuprofen and tooth pain is worse than any pain i have ever felt....i am contacting insurance to make sure to refuse payment...they did no service to us and get a $1000.00 bill in the mail.....i would put a zero if i could...oh ya and about 6 months ago he came in by ambulance with chest pains and think he is only 5 ft 5in and is 385 well when the ambulance got there with him they told them to put him in the waiting room in a chair.....so i put him in my car and took him to another hospital knowing something was wrong and sure enough he was having a heart attact so he got to come home a week later...dont sent your dieing dog there.....

It may be convenient because its right around the corner, but it's not worth it! My eight year old went to the emergency room (on a Friday) with a sore throat in EXTREME pain, they diagnose her with a sore throat (which we already knew) however, they said " we diagnose her, we do not have to treat her" Yes, my daughter left in EXTREME pain just as she came. They WOULD NOT write her a prescription for her sore throat. I had to go buy MORE Motrin until her doctor opens on Monday. Let's SHUT THEM DOWN. STOP GOING! I'll be the first to start, I will NEVER go back.

Take my wife in for labor and delivery . Finished paperwork, check in and got to the room in 15 minutes. Nurses and Doctor were very friendly, respected, responsible, caring, supported, and professional . Meals were served 3 times a day. We were satisfied with all the services and happy that our daughter was delivered at this hospital.

Sitting here waiting for discharge papers and still have an iv still in my arm which it hurts taking to long for discharge papers and I have a two month baby at home with my mother in law who can't get around very well

I was there this morning for back pain. The staff was nice, friendly and caring. I've visited this hospital on more than one occasion and I can tell you that there's never been an issue. I've even had my first born there. Over the years I can say that it has improved!

When my mom was taken to the hospital because of a car accident they really took care of my mom and great staff service was excellent in my experience, I just wonder if they can take my wife when she has to deliver our baby thanks

Two days after my car werck went to there ER/Walk-in Care Hospital complaining of pains. After reviewing my information with authentic report of actually happenings ,as well nurse office workers, and doctor. I was seen doctor there did chiropractor move that released tension from different strain areas ,and gave prescription I almost felt better. It was clean, they where respectable, but it was a hour- fifteen minutes before I even had services,and you make contact with Desk Services Workers ,before anything out in the open with Sercurity Workers next to them like it's the front desk of that area an even asking for your information like it's for process an not.It was pleasant services after getting my name called for services after the long wait.

My mom was rushed to the hospital by ambulance with confusion and hypertension crisis. My mother has had Sepsis twice. The sepsis protocol wasn't performed only a CBC. Labs was only done once when she got there. Urine test revealed she had a UTI. Culture was performed. While in the ER her vitals wasn't monitored the only thing she was connected to was IV Fluids. The lactate lab was never performed until I requested the results. Had to request for her temperature to be taken. Charge Nurse's Melissa and Mary were great about addressing my questions but my issue is the request shouldn't have to be made. This should be normal treatment. My mom haven't taken any medication since yesterday morning and she is only on a saline drip. Fortunately she is being transferred out. Do not take your loves ones here unless it's your only option.

Bridget is the best she is a house supervisor and it s a hand full of good staff ever one is rude yells at you for asking questions act like they don t understand I left to get my boyfriend food for 20 mins max n I cane back and they wasn t trying to let me stay with him it was a whole big scene until finally I got to stay staff is slow if you dien don t come here cause you been in pain n die by the time you get help

This hospital should've shut down. They truly lack the care and consideration of each individual. They will leave you to die if it's possible. I have never been to a hospital I had to wait 3 hours just in the waiting room in the condition I was in. Well period I just have never done it. The staff could care less weather you leave or stay or even about your wellbeing. Someone needs to bull dose this place. I hate I had to step foot in that hell hole; not to mention I'm no better than I was before I stepped foot in there.

I am quite dissatisfied with the care I received in the emergency department this week. I felt as if I was blatantly ignored, blown off, and all but told that I didn t know what I was talking about when attempting to explain my reason for seeking medical treatment. I have attempted to reach out to the ER director and another administrator to discuss my concerns, but have yet to receive any type of response back. As a healthcare worker, I am quite disappointed with the way I was treated, and with the pushback I received when questioning orders that were not explained to me. An order I was given was later found to be the cause of a complication in my care. I will be escalating this concern further.

Really hit or miss on the care level. Woke me up every hour and a half for blood test or to check my blood pressure. Also kept losing my meal order. Judge them at a 3 on scale of 1 to 10.

Last night went into L&D just to get checked. First nurse listened to me when i explained my situation and my history but second nurse comes in and she disregarded everything i told her and basically looked at me and called me stupid cause its impossible to contract but only irritation marks show up on the monitor. This is my 4th kid even in full labor pushing a kid out i did that and my Dr told me the same thing that its really rare but it happens and she said "no sorry not possible" and walked out.
Y'all need better nurses that aren't judgemental and rude and a "know-it-all"

I am not going to run a hospital down, who is taking care of saving lives. We had to call 911 to have my mother in law rushed to the hospital, dispatch sent her here.

Now the issue is, they put her in the room had tp mop the floors first make the bed. Had to find a phone for the room and stock and clean the bathroom. Not to happy on how they were not ready for patient care rooms, someone dropped the ball.

I had the most horrifying experience at this hospital with Dr MATTHEW S WAY. He walked into the room..did not state his name or position and immediately assumed that i was there for prescription medication. I tried explaining that I have endometriosis, but my pain was extremely bad and i wanted to know why. Whether there was something going on otherwise. I told him that I only used ibuprofen because prescription meds only made me feel worse and he stood with his arms folded and continued to say.." So you want me to write a prescrption for medication that you can get over the counter?" and he rolled his eyes. I told him no..and continued to explain that the meds was not the reason i was there. Eventually i gave up and told him to discharge me..the man never examined me, never asked for urine to see if there was a bladder/urine tract infection..nothing. He never shook my hand and he stood far away from me as if i was diseased. Honestly, i believe he's a racist! You will never get my money again. Youre a damn Doctor..your job as such is to find out whats going on with your patients..and also, when i asked for paperwork to find a complaint, suddenly there was none!!

Triaging process definitely needs to be reviewed and revamped. I visited the ER at this hospital for the second time today. Both times I waited over 3 hours before I eventually told them to remove my name from the waiting list. I then went to Baylor and was triaged and seen in half the time. To top it all off, the front counter was extremely rude and not just to me...there was an elderly lady who was just discharged begging to speak to a nurse about the new prescription she was given. The lady at the front desk handed the prescrption back to her and said "there is nothing I can do with this". This hospital Is the closest ER to my house but I rather travel further out to avoid going back to this hospital EVER!!

I had a very bad experience on Friday, September 7, my 12-year-old girl with abdominal pain and vomiting did not check her well. All they did was do a rum test and everything was fine and they sent me home, it turns out that my daughter It got more bad and we took her to the children's and what neither girl had was appendix! It was broken if they saw her checking well and sent to the children's there that I did not see, my girl had many complications !!! 0 start !!! Horrible hospital!

My one-year-old daughter fell tonight and bit through her tongue. It needed sutures, and she had to be sedated for the procedure. While it was an emotional experience, I knew she was in good hands. The staff was attentive, patient, reassuring, and fixed her up nicely. Thank you for your help in our time of need Dallas regional Emergency Care Center.

Charges for things that weren't done. Dr. in ER basically told me to see my regular Dr the next day. The charge for this. $1,400.00.
I have insurance. This was after insurance paid them for stuff that wasn't done.
Calling them is a nightmare. No one knows anything. You get transferred all over the place. That is if someone actually answers the phone.
You have to work this hard to do nothing.
They still got my insurance to pay them.

I had my first baby here 2 weeks ago and most of the nurses were very kind except for two from the nursery, the food was good and they wrapped me before leaving which has helped with the weight I had gained. I received help when I needed to go to the restroom or whenever they saw me struggling !

Terrible place to go. I was there in June 2016 for a skin rash. The nurse after looking at it for 5 seconds tells me it's not bad enough to be at the emergency room and go to a dermatologist. She tells me she is saving me a bunch of money and if I get a bill it will be next to nothing. Then I receive a bill for 700. What a joke 700 to be told go away because you don't have insurance. Lol. Go somewhere else.

I took my mom to the emergency room 4/4/19, after she was turned away from Baylor Scott in Sunnyvale(worst hospital EVER!!!) From the moment they wheeled my mom into the room, she was treated like a queen. she had pneumonia and I was struck by how well the nurses treated her and when the doctor came in, it was like icing on the cake. She's much better now, thanks to the wonderful nurses and doctor. I've read some of the negative reviews, but our experience has been nothing but the best. Keep up the good work!!

I came here 3 weeks ago & I couldn't walk & I was blinded from blunt trauma from being shot & Then stomped & kicked in the face...The staff here ,Along with a Tremendous Therapy Unit Got me back walking as is if I had no problems...The Nurses are Great with patients & Most of all They are Caring & Concerning of ones Health & Progress...They speak words of encouragement &love. I will recommend Too All In Need Of A Pleasant & Comfortable..Speedy Recovery...Thank You all For Your services

I was told I had inoperative recurring terminal cervical cancer. I was told at best I would live a year in a half. I had 3 doses of chemo and my cancer was gone. Thank you God, for showing them the best way to treat me.
