Best place to find long term housing ever. I checked in with judge Sam in courtroom 23, and he sentenced (more like upgraded) me to 7 years at the Huntsville hotel. I could not have been more satisfied with the service. From the balifs who carryed me to my new digs, to the court reporter who recorded my excitement, I didn't have to lift a finger, they just whisked me away to my lovely new home just a few hours away. when I arrived, my ratty clothing had already been replaced with fine orange regalia, which is the new black, I was told, and I was introduced to Charlie, my new roommate (and lover, but that's a story for another time). I would certainly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the finer things in life and it is much better that the crummy, rundown Hyatt Regency accross the street with its valet parking and crisp white sheets: orange is the new black, not white, duh!

Full of douchbags. The employees don't respect the clients at all. Walked into a hallway and got maced and tackled. Do not reccomend. Food sucks. Definitely would have brought a few sandwiches. The accommodations were terrible. Like sleeping on concrete.

I was kicked out of the building at 7:03 VERY RUDELY by a officer. I had pre-paid & pre-registered for a MADD VIP class (not court ordered). Please keep in mind - MADD does not specify which point of entry, which floor or a room number where class is taking place. I can t believe how I was treated over looking for the classroom. BE WARE - the cops ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE, so be in class EXTRA EARLY since being on time into the building isn t enough.

YOU REALLY NEED TO SEE JUDGE TINA YOO AT COURT #8 FOR THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE DEPARTMENT! HER TRUSTED SERVANT IS ATTORNEY LOREN COLLINS. I PERSONALLY ENDORSE AND RECOMMEND THIS COURT FOR ANY OF YOUR D.A.R.T. CASES PERTAINING TO DISABLED INDIVIDUALS.

LOREN COLLINS IS A VERY QUALIFIED ATTORNEY. HE IS WELL KNOWN IN THE LEGAL SYSTEMS OF DALLAS, TEXAS.

Jury selection process is a waste of time. There has to be a better system in place. Why are jurors being selected AFTER 4pm. Judges and attorneys have no respect for the citizens of this county who try to do right and show up. A flipping joke! Asked to be there at 8am. Not called into the court until almost 12pm (to complete a 1 page questionnaire) told to go to lunch and be back by 1:30pm not called back into the court until 2p. In front of attorneys for 2 hours. Judge gives a 30 min recess so they can pick 13 people. Called back in after 4:30 pm. (All clerks are GONE, no getting paperwork to return to work). Don t leave the court until almost 5pm. Way to go Dallas County...good luck on those re-elections. My time matters too!

If you owe money to the courts, the collections department will lie to you and tell you that you have a court date just so you can show up like a fool at court, once there they reveal to you that you actually don't have a court date and then you are instructed to head to collections to pay them. I walked out and went home, not paying a single cent, i don't appreciate being lied to, had to take time off work for some lies.

Rude security checking they throw your things like it s no problem even if you have valuables in there.doing a program here people for the program seem nice! But this one lady I came in touch with who wanted to help with my things basically lied to me promising to help me.when I asked the program people about her they said she s not allowed to do that. And not only got my day ruined yesterday about helping the people who do the program couldn t find me they know what I look like I was there at 01:15 my appointment time is 01:30 i Waited there for a good hour and a half and called the program people multiple times and finally they found me I was told next time to come in the court and sign in!! They should ve told me that way before I got signed up for the program! This is ridiculous not only is their staff not knowledgeable their staff is unprofessional I expected more since they are with the government how sad!

Everybody that works here from the clerks to the gaurds and judges are the most unprofessional, ignorant, disrespectful people in Dallas. I swear it amazes me that they can even get up and go to work. This place should be called the Dallas waste disposal because everybody that works here is trash.

When we showed up to pickup my roommate they told us he would be out in 1-6 hours from us arriving. After 6 hours they told us it would be an additional 3 hours. By the time we picked him up it was 5:00am. I understand the need to not make jail comfortable for inmates. But when all the sheriffs are just standing around to doing nothing why can't they at least give us a more accurate range of time when picking him up. Your tax dollars at work folks.

Called ahead and was lied toabout hours maybe he didn't understand the question. For anyone doing property or cash release its from 10am-7:30pm long line so don't get there at 7 like i did and get turned away. And the next day when i came back there was a shift change at 2pm that leaves no one to help for 30 minutes.

I was so disappointed in this court and like everyone said how they waste your time. First you don't need 400 people to get 4 panels of 13. I get up at 6:15 a.m. and get there at 7:40 a.m. I see them take 2 hours to scan everyone's summons card. Then we sit and watch a 30 min. video and more people come in and scan some more. My group of approx 75 finally goes upstairs to a court around 11:15? We get in the hallway and all 75 fill out questionaires front and back that we hope decreases questioning from attorneys, it doesn't. That takes another hour. We get in the court room around 12:15. We take an hour break, 12:30-1:30 and most people eat chips from the vending because of the long lines... not knowing we would end up staying close to 6 p.m just to select the13. But the most most disrectful thing was when both sides asked if anyone had a personal traumatic experience with the specific traumatic case, NO ONE allowed us to be dismissed. No one! So we were ultimately traumatized all over again. SAD! I never want to be called down to this particular court ever.

Huge waste of time. They call 500 people in, sit you in a room for 5 hours, then tell everyone to leave.

I was eager to serve for my first jury duty, but this was horrible and a massive waste of everyone's time.
