DAKCS is a great Ogden, Utah based company. We first learned about DAKCS when I golfed with the founder in an Idaho Falls golf tournament many years ago. We are lucky to have found out about this local company who treats their customers and employees like family with trust and loyalty, way above the rest.
John Moss is who RCA refers to as Their Guy at Dakcs which is impressive considering his short time at Dakcs. He has always gone above and beyond to help us out and always gives solid explanations as to why somethings is happening (I.E. broken flux capacitators). We often call and try and ask for him first as we know it will probably get handled and fixed the quickest when we get to lean on John.
DAKCS Software Systems is a great company to do business with. They are easy to work with and customer service focused. This allows us to come to them with problems and they bring the solutions. It is nice to work with a vendor that is responsive to their clients.
