I can only speak about my experience with Jill. I requested a new insurance company and Jill found a very highly rated and competitive priced company. She responded to my email questions almost immediately and I would recommend Jill as an agent, no matter what company employed her. I also emailed Jill last week in a panic about a possible broken pipe in my yard. She told me insurance would only cover inside the house, but she told me who to call, which I did and the problem was fixed [by the city].

Possibilities for requested coverage presented by Jill were extensive and competetive with the market. She prioritized our needs and made the search painless.

Jill kept in contact with me during the various inspections on the home. There was a few weeks gap until we could get the Wind Mitigation done. None of the other insurance agencies I reached out to did this. It was so nice to see an email from Jill inquiring how things were going. That sealed the deal for me. By the time the Wind Mit was completed I just wanted to deal with Jill. And, Jill did come in with 3 estimates with one lower than what the mortgage firm could find!

This company really takes time to make sure they have their clients completely satisfied. We are completely happy with the results of doing business with Hoffman.

Covered our claim quickly. Hurricane Irma took 4 or 5 large sections of shingles off our roof. H&A worked directly with our selected roofing contractor to make sure the price was fair and done correctly. This was our first claim and were afraid of the hassles we heard about. Our new roof took 2 days and it's beautiful. We have peace of mind now knowing we chose the right insurance company for our home.

The cost of my policy was very reasonable. The agent thoroughly reviewed my policy and addressed a minor issue to my satisfaction. I had to travel during the process and their communication, service, and attention to detail was outstanding.
