Dear Customers... Be aware...
Unprofessional and unsafe Split AC installation by Daikin Team...
I want to draw your attention towards unskilled and unprofessional approach of Daikin AC installation team. The installation work is undertaken in extreme hurry leading to worst level of workmanship. The persons entrusted installation job were unprofessional and lacking basic knowledge. They adopt short cuts leading to electrical and mechanical safety hazards for us.
The major issue are listed below:
1. Unsafe and improper stand fitting for outdoor unit, supported on mere 02 bolts on either arm.
2. Unsafe electrical contacts were made by ripping off company fitted wire lugs in in-indoor and outdoor unit's wire contact box.
3. Made over-sized wall-hole for passing refrigerant tubes and power cable. It gives ugly looks and wastage of power due to cooling loss.
4. Leave a considerable portion of Copper tube uninsulated leading to loss of cooling and inefficiency.
5. They did not bother to conduct leak test after releasing refrigerant. Leak test is recommended in the installation manual.

The inadequate electrical connections is one of the leading cause of fire hazards at homes and workplace.
The Co. is liable If any such kind of accident during the service period.
