I worked with Dahl Consulting after wanting to pursue the contractor route. I worked with Kristie Altstatt and had an amazing experience! She was personable and never once did I feel like a number to her. She really took the time understand what I was looking for and the on-boarding process was a snap. After working with multiple agencies (mostly national), I quickly came to find that Dahl is by far the best if you're here in MN. You'll never receive an automated email that has gone out to undoubtedly dozens or more applicants, you get authentic emails and/or phone calls from your recruiter. They check in with you to see how things are going, they don't just forget about you after you've submitted your resume or applied for one job.

Specifically, I worked with Kristie and I thought she was fantastic. I find that other recruiters come across only as transactional, but Kristie seemed to care if I get a job, if I'm the right fit, if I'll like the job, and asks how things are going in my search on my own as well. She even offered to do a run-through with me before an interview I was especially nervous about--I don't think other places or recruiters go nearly as above and beyond or are nearly as authentic.
