Where do I even start? Sadly I must give it at least a one. This establishment is ALL about the bottom dollar. Now obviously a business must make money to strive, but when that is done beyond the extent of caring for the customer that's where you are losing. I own two companies. One is a dealership and I've gone to A LOT of auctions. That being said I at least have a little bit of background as to how these places get ran. Not only have they mistreated me multiple times from multiple people, they have sold me garbage and never take any steps to make things better. I've gotten an older diesel truck that I later realized had an odometer that wasn't working. They told me sorry your outside the 14 days of arbitration. That was day 15. And it was never announced while being sold. They have sold me a SUV that ended up being a salvaged vehicle and notified me AFTER I sold the vehicle. Your welcome customer who bought a pile and now thinks I knew the whole time. They've sold me a car with a punctured gas tank leaking fuel everywhere after I bought it and said sorry it's as is. Take your business elsewhere. Anywhere else

Best auction in the business. Honest and professional staff. They appreciate their customers and their great promotions throughout the year. They get dealers loyalty from their dedication to the industry. Another note. Everyone in smiling and friendly. Not just the sales office... The lot crew, amin girls, drivers, everyone... You know it is a well run company when EVERYONE is happy! This translates to excellent customer service throughout the auction. Always happy to go to DAA!

By FAR, the best and most organized auto auction I have ever worked at or attended. I drive the cars through the lanes and almost the only issue I have is that while in the building, some dealers don't pay close enough attention and walk (or stand) in the lane while a car is pulling in. This slows the tempo for that lane and gets the Ringmasters rather excited. I personally have had a dealer walk into my moving car on 3 occasions. No apparent damage or injuries except perhaps their egos. Now out on the lot, one definitely needs to pay attention because as with ANY parking lot, there is a lot going on, and although I have had a few scares out there, I wouldn't say it's dangerous or anything like that. Heck, close calls and scares happen to me much more often in Walmart and Costco parking lots!!! True, people here do occasionally drive a little faster than they should or perhaps fail to look both ways but this is the exception rather than the rule and is NOT DAA's fault. I live about 40 miles away, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and although it is just a part-time gig for me, I still come most weeks 'cause I like it and DAA is a good place to work. Be safe and hope to see you on the "block"!!!! ;-)

The owners of Dealer's Auto Auction in Airway Heights wa Bob and Greg mahugh are downright bullies they use their money and their influences in the community to push people around to suit their needs. They're have over the years been several reports of eyewitnesses regarding the safety and the recklessness of their drivers entering and departing Hayford Road.... which is all verifiable but for some reason not on these reviews. Be cautious when driving out there near their compound... as you may fall victim to their driver's negligence I have also witnessed this first-hand after working for the Dealer's Auto Auction for 6 years in the detail under the supervisor named Henry.. people were always being reprimanded for hot rodding vehicles failure to yield and driving recklessly in and around the Lots

Hands down one of the best auctions I have ever attended nationwide! Daa northwest and the McConkey group set the standard of what every auction should be from customer service, to personnel, to old school practice! I have done business for over 6 years with them and they still continue to amaze me. Thank you for the basket for my family on the birth of my daughter. See you guys soon and keep it up!

We purchased several commercial vans at this location and recently discovered the odometer was previously replaced with a unit that started at zero. It was NOT a low mileage van as we thought. We contacted Management and they advised us that they are not responsible. We pointed out to them several other examples of replaced odometer vehicles that were coming up for sale in the near future but they choose not to disclose the odometer discrepancies to the new bidders/buyers. Please be aware DAA sells vehicles with replaced odometers with no disclosures and is committing odometer fraud. If you purchased a suspect vehicle please call the Auction Owner Bob McConkey. To file a complaint you may contact the Dept of Licensing Investigations Division in Olympia, Washington.

All of the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. My questions were answered before I even knew what to ask. It took all the stress out of a stressful situation. They handled my insurance and arranged a rental for me while my car was being fixed. Great job! I definitely recommend DAA as a great body shop.

My overall experience..Fees could be a little lower..My biggest complaint is allowing sellers to auction a vehicle with any kind of transmission problems.Unless expressly told.I understand buyer as is and buyer beware. I also understand we can inspect beforehand. Sometimes for a smaller shop it is hard to do so. I could not put a vehicle in a sale with a bad transmission. I agree you get what you pay for but disclosure on this big item would be helpful and restore faith within the auto industry..Saying that your business is much appreciated and your staff is great..
