Honda Accessory America, LLC Review

I had compliance bushing issues with my Pilot. Took me replacing tires and rotors to finally be told the bushings were the reason my car was shaking when traveling at higher speeds and braking. The dealership told me at 104,000 miles that was my issue. Since the bill was $1200 it took me another month to be able to afford the repair. I was told there was an extension for repairs to 100,000 and this was a known issue. The repair came at 106,000 again because I had to save money to make the payment. When I approached Honda and asked them to reimburse me even if not for the full amount of the repair for part of the repair. They said no. This is a black and white company not into their customers. Goodbye Honda.....will not purchase your product again.

The jogging loop allows you to jog in a great environment.

So glad we just sold our 2019 Pilot. 42 days out of service for repairs during our 1 yr 10 months of ownership. Sorry Honda we will never return!

A little bumpy while you get here. There is nice person at the reception. the guard was nice and helped me around. There is not much of a reason for the public however to come here. If you do, just take it slow to find the entrance. Keep an eye out for a guard in case you need help once you are there. Great Honda place! Hmmm maybe that s why it s helpful Honda huh? :-)
