I drive for a local trucking company and it's always great to deliver and pick up at their facility, great and helpful employees.

Junk product. Bought a hose storage tube that they advertise as mounts almost anywhere . I put it on the roof of my RV and it melted in the sun on the very first use. When contacting customer service they said well we say not to mount it on the bumper, so you should ve known that includes the roof . Uh, what? The bumper includes the roof ? No service, no refund, no replacement, or offer to help in any way. Wasted money.

We had a Spray-Away faucet in box installed in our RV at the factory. After several years, it sprung a leak. We contacted D&W who was willing to sell the entire box and faucet to us but not the faucet alone. The company that manufactures the faucet sells it elsewhere as Valterra PF213246 or p1403m-55. Save half the price and purchase the product you need on line.

I got there after hours, but that didn't bother them at all. They had me back into a door and loaded me right away. Great people to work with!
