You should always buy American, especially if you are paying the price. Calling the help desk will almost always land you in the Phillipines or India, or both. At times like these, we need to make sure we support our country. If you don't, do us ALL A FAVOR AND GET OUT!

The company I work for uses Dynamic Quest as our outsourced IT provider, which includes everything from purchase and set-up of any necessary machines (servers, computers, networking, etc.), monitoring of all devices, and help desk response. They are a great option as a local Greensboro company, even providing on-site support when necessary.

If there was anything I could hope for improvement, it would be the communication between DQ's employees as well as to us. They sometimes do not respond as quickly as I would have hoped for.

Overall, however, the service is great and I would recommend them to anyone who needs an IT service provider.

Dynamic Quest is a great IT company that takes into consideration the customer and their IT needs. I would highly recommend Dynamic Quest to all small to large businesses that need that additional IT expert advice and implementation. They have did a great job working with our management team and ensuring that all projects, tasks, and helpdesk tickets are resolved to the fullest. Their 24/7 helpdesk is extremely beneficial to companies that have 24 hour productivity. I would highly recommend Dynamic Quest!

This is a great IT company. The people are always courteous and helpful. If one person can't find a solution, they have a great team that can. Very responsive to calls to the Help Desk. My customer service account rep is excellent. I highly recommend Dynamic Quest to any one needing IT support.
