d'Vine Wine Bar Review

I enjoyed this place its very elegant and the bar tender is nice he can soeak soanish, which is a plus, , but i enjoyed more the company of my date.

Very nice, good food and good wine. Nicely dimmed that makes for a romantic atmosphere. A bit on the expensive side, but other than that very recommendable.

We wanted to try something different for our date night so we stopped here. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in. Very nice atmosphere and people. Kat was our server and she was amazing! She gave us a few recommendations and everything was superb! This will now become one of our go to places for date night and we will make sure to ask for Kat!

We were referred here by friends, so we had pleasant expectations. The value of the flight wine was nice. However the food was subpar. Porkchops were severely undercooked and the server didn't take our comments seriously. The manager never came over and the server didn't apologize. It just wasn't the level of customer service we were expecting.

I have always loved this wine bar and I make it a point to take my family and friends here when they come in town to visit. I brought my mother tonight, Friday night, . .. Terrible. Our server was more absent than the deceased on an absentee ballot. In addition, the wine flight selection was below mediocre. We tried a white and a red flight. The red was stale and had cork flakes floating plus tasted like a red sitting over 3 days open. The white selection was bland, boring and expected of a bottom shelf selection from any grocery store .. Yet I paid $10 a glass. Pathetic.

So far out of all the wine bars I've been to this one tops it. I would recommend to get the Mussels when looking for a small bite, specifically the cilantro butter. They are to die for. Their cheese selection is decent. I wish they would switch it up a little bit. The atmosphere is perfect for catching up with a couple of girl friends or date night. The only problem I came across was not getting happy hour prices during happy hour. :/ It was a simple mistake but I didn't notice until we had already left the bar.

Utterly wonderful restuarant! Amazing food, good portions and the wine is plentiful and varied. The atmosphere is fantastic and the service top notch. Been going here for years and never regretted it. Had my wedding reception there and everyone thought is was amazing. You can't go wrong with this one.

This is a nice place but the food is more like finger food. It is a place to have a glass of wine but it is not a place to eat. If you are buying wine for two people you will spent at least $50.

Just one minor glitch to the evening, which was for my hb birthday... she had called a few weeks ahead and made the reservation. On arrival, they showed no reservation for us, but upon searching, acknowledged her call had come in. A bit of a kerfuffle, but resolved by William, and, eventually, a nice relaxing dinner was had d'Vine Wine Bar.

Nice menu, but the staff need to be more attentive to partons, slow service, we had a very forgetful waiter. Nice ambiance worth a visit. Go for the flight of wine selection you will be amazed.

Stumbled upon this place and thought..inner loop taste in Cypress. Seriously, impressive.

One of the best steaks I've had in years. Enjoyed the wine flights as well. The bread pudding was amazing. I thought my wife was going to melt in her chair after the first bite. Would highly recommend at least a visit to anyone that has been considering it.

Amazing service and OMG the food!!! Crab cakes are a must. Bruschetta and lobster risotto.... no words. The pride the chef takes in his food is obvious! Mine & the hubs favorite date night location!

Down hill since last visit. The cheese plate with dates, had no dates. It did however have olives, but not the fancy kind one would expect, just black and green like you would get in a can. It was like getting a Lunchable.

I used to like coming to this local wine bar but thanks to the smell of pinesol I had to end my night early. They wipe granite counters with the original pinesol cleaner (which btw stinks) and they mop and clean up while the entire place is still open and customers are trying to enjoy their drinks and food. I m not sure if it changed owners because last time I came was over a year ago but I wouldn t come back now. Wine is good and food selection seemed really good.

I have found some of my most enjoyable wines here sweet, reds and whites.
Great atmosphere.
Sometimes service is better than others.
The ONLY reason they don t get five stars is because one time, one red was sour, but I didn t have the nerve to speak up.

Love the food. Favorite are the Diver scallops with mushroom risotto. Some of the best risotto I've had.

My wife and I stopped in on Wednesday for their Pork Chop dinner. As our starters we tried their empanadas. We chose one of each flavor, their beer was savory and so well cooked that the juices were locked into the bread. Then their shrimp and spinach was juicy and delicious.
Their pork chop was the thickest I've ever had. It came with delicious fresh mashed potatoes and an amazing mushroom gravy. The gravy was great on the potatoes, but I especially liked cutting chunks of the pork chop amd letting it soak in the gravy. And they haystack onions were delicious with the truffle oil.
The gentlemen there were very nice and were even able to recommend a red wine for me to enjoy, despite my picky tastes.
This is a great place to wind down and try some new wines with great food.

Sat at the bar and had crab cakes and wine. Nice atmosphere and good customer service. I will return.

In the time of the Covid19 customer service is an absolute must. We can't all be at our best every time but man it sure sucks when I have to share the experience of someone not having a good night. Ok for the positive notes: The atmosphere was just right for date night, and the wine selection is decently priced. The food looked amazing....well to start, I ordered the pork chop and my wife ordered the steak. Steak was decent for the price. The pork chop was under cooked...ughhh!..There were long waits between checking on our table...<it was a slow night> so honestly I hate to see what its like on a busy night. I'd like to recommend that you shouldn't come in here hungry because its a wine bar FIRST with a restaurant menu. It took a bit for us to get our food out...again <it was a slow night.> I made it known it was our first time in the establishment and that our neighbors recommended the place. With knowing that info you'd think they would want to add another diehard fan to the roster of customers....again maybe a bad night for them so we will give them another shot. I think I will eat elsewhere and then stop by for a drink here instead of expecting the full on service. I advised our server of the under cooked pork and it seemed to me it wasn't a big deal to him. We recieved the full price payment with a half price service. Check out the doneness of the pork yeah it was that kind of night! Hopefully you all are better our next visit.

Could easily spend hours at this place just relaxing. This was my second time at d'Vine and it was just as delightful as my first visit. The food is phenomenal. I haven't tried one thing I didn't love. The service is also fast considering they make everything to order. I find the patio to be the most relaxing nod that the weather is finally tolerable.

I had a fabulous celebrating a girlfriend's birthday, however I have a relaxed pace when socializing. It's not often I budget in Wine outings and I felt rushed by the server. They offer so many wines that I have never seen, bonus! In the future I would appreciate more input from the server or patience while I read all of those descriptions. The food is really delish and I loved the atmosphere. Also, the website social hour information was out of date and they no longer served $5 appetizers and $13 wine flights, but are instead serving $7 apps and $7 glass of a small selection of wine. Importantly the aforementioned selection is not the over priced $7 bottle of behringer or whatever most places charge double for. This is refreshing, but I have yet to price any of the wines they carry and the Mark ups could still be just as ridiculous as most establishments in the area.

Inconsistent food and service. The first time I went, I had the best pork chop I ever had. The second time I went, it took an hour to get my pork chop and it just wasn t near as good... that was disappointing. :(

Stopped at this hidden spot on the way back home from the Outlets. I say hidden because the shopping center looks like it's still being developed. I was looking for a quick drink and bite and I had seen some weekend happy hour specials online but unfortunately they had not been updated to reflect that they no longer have happy hour on weekends. Nonetheless I decided to give it a try. The decor and ambiance was very nice, Its definitely more upscale and the prices reflect that. Place was not busy at all at the time we went (Saturday @6pm). The staff was very friendly and helpful. We opted to share a flight of wine and a flatbread since we still had to drive all the way back home. The wine selection for the flight was very nice, smooth not cheap or basic. The combination of the pear and prosciutto was actually very very good, I very much enjoyed the flatbread. If you want a place for a nice date with a nice variety of good wines and yummy bites I would recommend giving this a try. Will be back during happy hour to try more stuff.

Amazingly delicious, picked up curb side during the chaos. Every dish played notes on my palate, looking forward to a dine in experience with wine pairings. Would defiantly recommend this hidden gem if you are in the cypress area!

This place has the coolest staff very knowledgeable and friendly. I Was there for Valentine's Day with my boo thang. We had lots of drinks and lots of recess pieces lol.

Great place to wind down after a long work day. Pretty small restaurant with an outdoor patio. My partner and I came here for our two year anniversary. It was such a nice way to celebrate. We both got flights of red wine, split a generously-sized small cheese board, and each ordered a flatbread. From the wine to the food everything was delicious! We got to choose the cheese and cured meat on the board. We chose prosciutto for our meat and truffle goat cheese & brie for our cheeses. Their Magic Mushroom flatbread is probably the best flatbread I've ever had. They also have fig & prosciutto flatbread as well. Highly recommend and I will be back to try their variety of other dishes!

Great place to hangout- Great wine selection, the wine flight it's a great option... food was outstanding and Service amazing.. I don't normally write reviews, but this place deserves it.

Best risotto I have ever had. My wife and I visit this place often. It is a great place to sit have wine and tappas "small plates". Its not a quite atmosphere but busy with a mixed crowed. I would recommend the scallops and risotto, pulled duck empanadas, crab cakes and the kobe burger. Most everything we have tried we liked.

Small quaint wine bar with a great wine selection and excellent food.

I was here for an event and I was able to sample many dishes. From the lobster risotto, to the cheese fruit tray, everything was devine. The wine was wonderful, ambience very nice. This place earned a 6 out of 5 stars. Parking was good too. There is also a parking garage for overflow. I had such a great time that I am planning on having a birthday dinner here.

My wife and I have traveled the world and had some of the best fine dining experiences you could ask for. The guys that run this place did a phenomenal job this Valentine's Day. The service suffered slightly but you could tell every employee there was doing everything they could to provide the best evening to each guest and table. The food was second to none, the filet and scallops rivaled that of the best places in Houston.

We've always been big fans, but tonight's dinner was absolutely exceptional! Best mussels and broth I've had in the US (no kidding!), fresh, crisp wedge with a wonderful dressing that was not overpowering and grilled salmon topped with a delicious mixture of dried cherries, purple onion, carrots, cucumbers and I'm sure more. This place is killing it and our favorite go-to. And the owners and staff are so great!!
