Novotel Montreal Airport, Accor Review

Excellent facility. Comfortable, safe, efficient. Great value.

Went to my office work Christmas party. Clean place. Good food. Perfect place for event. Employees were nice

At morning using hotel shuttle to get me to work ,evening also .
Having Breakfast/ Dinner at Hotel .
It was great time,all personal speak English well ,keep attention to small details . It was hard leaving the hotel after knowing almost everybody. Thanks for service, hope to see you guys again :)

Interesting place. A bit out of the way but was a nice hotel in an industrial park. Clean enough for a short airport layover.

I visited my family in the West Island of Montreal, location was perfect for me. I especially appreciated the reception staff s professionalism and availability during this holiday season.

Although I was not a native French speaker, they were more than accommodating with everything. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the bar and restaurant were both excellent in service. Would come back if I returned to Montreal

The hotel staff was very helpful and the breakfast the next morning was very good. There is not a free breakfast but the cost isn't bad. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom also had a full sized shower with glass covering one side.

If you are looking for a no frills basic hotel this is it. We asked for extra towels, and they only had medium size hand towels. The coffee maker was very very dirty. But the beds were comfortable enough. Staff was courteous, and hotel was pretty close to the airport.

If you really need something close to the airport to spend the night.

Excelent! Very well located for working and great employees!

There wasn't even slippers in the rooms. Bed smells very bad. Carpets are dirty. Most importantly this place is very noisy we couldn't even sleep. Employees are very rude. I dont like to give 1 star but thats exactly what they deserve.
I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

Friendly and clean place to catch a night of sleep in the techno-park.

Great accommodation, comfortable beds, room, relaxing ambience. I loved the music audible at the elevators!!!

Beautiful decoration. A place where we like to be. Away from it all. Perfect for a weekend under the duvet!

Breakfast has deteriorated, but the complementary shuttle service is really great

Stayed here be for had a great stay ao did it again and i will again. Bit upscale from the norm. Great food and the pool is enjoyable...altho could be in back or closed off from lobby.

I had a terrible experience here today. Customer service was non-existent. The hotel concierge on duty around 1am on June 30th, 2018 was ill mannered. Novotel needs to train their staff on providing good customer service.

Stayed for 3 nights for an frc competition. Rooms were large, and clean daily.

I had been in Novotel four weeks ago it s a really good place to relax and enjoy your trip. Also, it has a good restaurant and bar. I really loved the pianist guy he played beautiful songs.

Not as close to the airport as one would expect. No complimentary breakfast. Definitely can use 2 bottles of water in the room for late night arrivals guests

Amazing modern rooms for a very great price. Bluetooth speaker in the room (awesome!) free WiFi and free parking. Can't get better than that!

Hotel looks great, just went throigh renovations. Easily accessible.

I stayed overnight this past weekend and really enjoyed everything about the hotel. Very easy to get to and free parking is always a plus. On arrival I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who quickly checked me in and I was on my way. The room was clean, modern, and smelled fresh. Everything worked as expected.The mini-fridge worked well to keep some drinks cool. The shower was probably my favorite feature. It was a nice change having a large shower rather than a tub/shower combo. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. Checkout the next morning was quick and painless.

The place was nice, overall clean beds, rooms, and bathrooms - only the shower roles tiles weren't the cleanest, as the tiles could use a good cleaning. Staff was nice and respectful - and just that there isn't anything nearby the hotel, so you'll have to get in to the city to see and do things.

Airport hotel without aby food or drinks late evening..... air con sounding like a landing helicopter??? Is this novotel or just a relatively clean room in the middle of nowhere?

Nothing much around except the airport. Good for a stopover. Very helpful staff. Gets the job done. Clean and crisp rooms.

Pros - Hotel was clean, bed was comfy, room was nice, well decorated, spacious, and quiet. Staff were kind.

Con - not that close to the airport and the shuttle service doesn t leave very often.

A hidden gem, a beautiful modern hotel with all the amenities and great facilities, within minutes to the airport, very clean and the staff are nice and very helpful. We had great stay, thank you.

The staff is excellent, and the room was very clean. The air conditioner was so loud it kept me up every night. The food in the hotel restaurant isn't very good.

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Food in restaurant is a little expensive , but good quality. The Wi-Fi does not work too well.

There isn't a lot around the hotel, but the stay was nice.

It's in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are average and comfortable and the staff are fantastic. Avoid trying to get a cab, they pretend like they don't know where this hotel is. Just Uber and avoid the headache of waiting an hour for a cab that might not even show up

Location is 15 minutes from the airport. Good clean rooms. Easy shuttle bus from hotel to airport. Would recommend for business travellers

Nice room very clean, small pool with spa. Easy access by the motorway. Quiet. Watch the prices. They fluctuate a lot.
