Fast and organized check in, came to pickup strawberries. This place is nice and huge. They allow parking if you are low on hrs. People working at the check in office are nice and polite, same the loaders. Bring your trailer clean up before arriving

Quick check in PROCESS and quick load up. Plenty of overnight parking. FOOD TRUCK outside of shipping office. YOU NEED TRUCK TAG# and TRAILER TAG# to check in

For a pallet I have to walk about 5 miles to Check in and when they call you, you come for your pallet, some papers that you have to put on the Estrada de tu Puerto on the side where you are going to be loaded, that when you finish, you will take The documents are at the window and it is a landing strip, it is so big that they can carry your legs all day,

Who ever works their "SHIPPING" dept Needs MORE trainning, Everyone i speak with have a very bad attitude & are very rude, cant even speak without being cutoff, If you dont love or like your job then you need a new career.

You check 7:30 a.m. and it's 7 p.m. they give you the door and you lose 4 hours for 1 parle super bad job of this company a lot of technology and they get 4 hours to load speed up their work in practice and leave the technology

D'Arrigo facility was organized and clean, the associates in the shipping office we very nice, but the associates in the shipping department loading the trucks were extremely slow. Working the clock is stealing time from the company. Where I come from that's poor business practices.

One of the best places to pickup. Large lot for straight back ins. Lots of parking, clean restrooms, nice trucker lounge. I don't mind coming here unlike some other pickups Ive been too.

One of the worst places in Salinas, Ca they have always given me problems loading for Sysco. I wish I could talk to the Owner and make him aware of what s really going on with this company, I have a video that you should see how great workers you have this video catches them lying on camera! Just had really bad attitude from check in employee. I am an older man an they had like those new machine for check in. They are new for me. Instead of just helpiing the check in guys started to teach, telling about my attitude bla bla bla. Disgusting behavior.

the parking lot attendee was rude was filling out log book and he came and said we couldn't park there and we told him that we was filling out log book and we was not staying parked that we was leaving in a minute after we filled out the log book other then that everything else was good

This place is very clean and you don't usually have to wait long if you are close to your appointment time.

There is plenty of parking. Mobile food coach in site. The loading process is a nightmare. When you ask about a time frame on getting loaded they snap at you. I understand you have other trucks to load but I have other appointments to get to for the same customer. In fairness, this place and all the other produce houses in the area of Salinas CA "WILL NOT" work together for us the otr drivers.

Very Friendly Staff and very professional they also have overnight huge parking and very easy to back in also they have food truck and weather is nice and cold outside so no need to idle....

The check-in process is absolutely amazing one of the best around just make sure you have your license plate number for your truck and trailer and your driver's license number got to a dock super quick but have been sitting over an hour waiting to be loaded

Very slow , they don't care about drivers, had to stand in the cold building for more than 30 minutes until someone came up to get my paperwork. .

If you're picking up here get ready for a 6 to 12 hour wait
