After coming to Earnest in 2017 for contractors, general liability, workers comp and disability, it was recently brought to my attention that what I was told I had in coverage, and what I was billed for were not the same. There was a $5000 discrepancy (not chump change) in the billing from, the carrier and D'Angelo for the same renewal period. I simply and kindly requested documents, and he immediately "lawyered up" he resorted to name calling and attacked a personal family issue.
When this issue arose, I believed it was a simple mistake and that it would be a simple fix....
Man was I wrong.....
If you are looking for cheap "show insurance" go see Ernest. If you are a ligament business owner or contractor looking to get what you paid for and the right insurance, not "cheap" insurance. Go else where, only the guilty lawyer up when asked questions.
