bad customer service!!!!! do not sleep here!!! I waited for 1 hour to check in!!! they also charged me more then what i agreed!!!

The front desk workers so very nice and helpful. Room was extremely clean. Definitely will be using again at the price I was not disappointed

The breakfast was ewww the lobby and staff was good. The room was musty.

A nice place to stay, but their IT department needs to work on the syncing of their payment hardware and training of the staff to use newer technologies such as phone pay for billing.

Staff was very rude in inconsiderate. I asked for double beds instead if king bed they wouldn't upgrade me complimentary when they had 10 double beds available. They wanted to make me pay a extra $20 fee when I had already paid $80 for the night. So I asked if they could cancel the room since I have already paid so I can go stay somewhere else. They told me no I can go to another hotel but will not get my funds back. I travel a lot and never have had a horrible experience like this. I even spoke with the manager she was very rude as well. They will never get a dime of my money. Please pick another hotel.

Decent room prices. Vending & ice only on 1st floor. Close to restaurants & convenience stores

Overnight stay while traveling. Reasonably priced, non-smoking room. Breakfast was not the greatest but it s free.

Had 1 of the cleaning people go through my dirty clothes bag on the 2nd day there and then I felt like I had to lock everything up every time I left.

Found blood on my sheets. Told management and they were extremely rude. I was told that there was no way the blood was old and that I was lying. We told them we were not staying another night. About an hour after check out my card got charged $60, $66, and $140. They claimed the room smelled like smoke. I reserved a nonsmoking room and upon checkin I told them the room smelled of smoke and they gave me the option to move rooms. I did not change rooms because of too much hassle. I was told management would be contacted about the issue. I ended up being charged for the smoke smell and did not get the room deposit back. After calling the main head quarters they said there was no record of my charges so I could not be compensated. Horrible experience and will never be back.

Not impressed. The price was really high and the pool/hot tub were closed. The gym was about the size of a walk in closet with no AC. It was pretty clean. Breakfast was okay.

If there was a way to rate them negative i would they charged me extra...while the guy on the front desk told me it was a smoking king size room paid 123 for the room and 170 for smoking in the room.....Pathetic People and a Pathetic Hotel ruining the name of choice hotels

Had a great price. Friendly staff, bed was comfortable, clean rooms. Had just been renovated and furnishings were modern. Loved my stay.

Was at front desk waiting 10 mins to check in. No one at front desk. I have over 220 stays at Choice Hotels and have Diamond Status. They would not give free room upgrade. They also required a room deposit. Most reputable Choice Hotels waive that inconvenience for Diamond members. In short Diamond members are not welcomed here.

The rooms can t get cleaned after noon . You offer breakfast and you don t want make sure food is ready or Quality food and I was told they change bed sheets unless they been use twice . This is my second visit it s same thing . I was here for thanksgiving 2019 115 room and now Christmas of 2019 . 106 room

Never know if the bed will be to firmnor comfortable. Otherwise good place to stay.

Nice cozy place. Friendly service. Great Breakfast. Has elevator and steps Handicap parking and no indoor pool. My kids had a great time and it was very nice and clean

The staff was very polite and accommodating, they deserve 5 stars. The hotel itself needs a little work. The room, carpets and all surfaces need cleaning.

Im not a picky guy when it comes to hotels but i am honest with my reviews. Rooms are musty, desk chair was falling apart, there was still a few things left in the room from previous guest, room didnt get cleaned the 2nd day there, pee stains around base of toilet, oh and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night 2 nights in a row!!!!!!! update now 3 nights in a row ive woken up to the smoke alarm going off.

Room smelt strange, but other than that it was nice, good breakfast.

This place is not worth the money spent. I stayed here for 1 month and the morning staff was always pathetic especially the manager and the owner. The discounts are a joke and there breakfast is cheap, the rooms always smell terrible, they have no ice machines and the vending machines always took my money. The pool and my tub had a ring around it and they never give extra towels. This business is cheap not only with their quality but they also penny pinch, i couldn't even use my triple A discount and my internet rate at the same time. Not to mention I stayed there a month and the staff always seemed unhappy or stressed. There were 2 people I enjoyed in the evening time and i was told they quit which was no surprise to me seeing how rude the manager was to myself and other guest. This place also did not accept fema so I had to pay out of pocket for their ridiculous rates. I also spoke to a man that stayed a room over from me and he told me his shower head was ducktaped to the wall and it actually was. Never spend money here it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I've been to 34 hotels and counting. If i could give them -100 stars I gladly would.

Whoever is in charge of keeping the stairwells clean is doing a laughable job. There has been mud and someone's food garbage left in the stairs for over a week. Along with someone's sandwich wedged into one of the pipes. If you clean the rest of the hotel daily, need to do the same to the stairs. Vacuum/sweeping included. People need the exercise anyways.

Aside from that, the rooms are great and clean. Just negligence in keeping their stairs presentable

Front desk was pleasant when calling in for reservations. Customer service upon arrival personable and friendly. Room was comfortable. No hot breakfast due to Covid.

Just a quick, impromptu one night stay while passing through. The young girl that checked us in was friendly enough and checked us in quickly. Felt safe on location, seemed clean enough. Upon walking in the entire place was warm, wondering if they are trying to save on electric bill . As soon as we got in the room we turned the air as low as we could, but our room did not really get comfortably cool until about 3:00 am. (I know because I kept waking up). We were the last room at the end of the hall on the 3rd floor, yet the only ice machine was on the first floor at the end of the opposite hall. After taking a shower, I decided to use the lotion from the provided free amenities bottle provided, only to discover it was already used and emptied. Room rate was $89.00 in total, but felt like more of a lower budget experience. I would pick a different location for the $10,00 additional rate to get a better experience if I return to this town. Sorry guys, it s the little things.

Great hotel just off the interstate. Super friendly staff. Little dusty as they were fixing up the lobby but the room was real clean and pretty well maintained. Hot and cold breakfast foods. Well worth the money.

Since it was cool turned the heat on to 67, about 1 AM it was around 90 in the room. Shower head was broken and the water never got hot. Bed was like sleeping on the floor.

Staff is great! price is fair. AC, pillows, and breakfast could use improvement.

We stayed here 2 separate nights, 9/19/15 and 10/1/015, while traveling to and from a business trip. Both times the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were super clean, and the breakfast was awesome. The beds were amazingly comfortable-how can I get mine to feel like that? We would recommend this place to others and stay here again ourselves.

We stayed for one night and it was a really nice hotel. Right off the interstate and lots of places to eat nearby. The breakfast was good. Hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.

This hotel double charged us and charged a deposit for no reason. The bed was like sleeping in a cardboard board hole. No one will call us back or respond to the email. The handicap accessible room did not have a tub. The opening for the shower allowed water to go all over the floor. Had to go to the front desk to get towels because no one brought them to us when we asked

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. Even the guest were well behaved, very quiet for a Saturday night. Everything was perfect.

It only gets 3 stars since the refrigerator didn't work and the nearest exit door didn't allow you to come back in. The girl at the front desk said that maintenance would fix both in the morning. Clerk at front desk looked like a slob. Bed and room were great.
