A terrible website is an understatement, I have no words to describe this website. I haven't seen such trash yet, I gave the service to a WOO Partner watch with a slightly damaged strap (unfastened with one corner from the case), the watch could be worn with this damage.
After three weeks I got a text that the warranty was not accepted and the watch can be picked up at the store where I bought it. When I went to pick up I was shocked, the watch returned in parts and the slightly damaged strap was broken completely, and in the place where the strap was attached there was a board with electronics. In short, I gave away a functional watch and after returning from service the watch is unusable. To make matters worse, I was informed that any repair would cost PLN 85. Not only that they broke my watch but they also demanded payment for this service. Of course, I did not pick up the watch and I am waiting for their response.
This service should be abolished and the company working there and considering themselves professionals should be propelled to four winds.

A year ago I bought an s7 and it served me bravely until it fell and the fast broke. I called PZU and reported that I would like to have him repaired under insurance. A few days later a courier appeared and took the phone. From that moment I had no news what was happening to him - where was he, what had broken, when they delivered him back. After a week another courier visit. Without any announcement and information: "352.50 will be paid". I didn't even know what to pay for. After turning it on for the first time, it turned out that the touch on the phone worked selectively - sometimes I had to press several times to "get it" at all. In addition, the LEDs under the buttons (back, etc.) have changed color from bright white to pale yellow and the screen frame sticks out. I called the service and asked where the surcharge and such visual errors came from. It turned out that the surcharge was charged MISLIMATELY. It is a pity at all words. The money was returned to me, and the other functions not working properly was to be advertised. I sent the phone a second time. What turned out - it was kept on the site for over 2 weeks, and the repair report says that it was restored to factory settings. :) That's right, after 2 weeks of servicing, what took 10 minutes :). Everything else was not touched. I still have a phone with lights like a fake from aliexpress, which probably also lost its waterproofing by the protruding frame. This is the worst experience with the service I have ever had and I will definitely give up buying a Samsung phone in the future, because I do not want to experience something like this again, whether under warranty or insurance. It is really funny that such a global company is starting cooperation with a shitty Polish company, with so many unflattering opinions, to put it mildly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The reason for the repair was, I suppose, a cable burnout on the motherboard (there was a characteristic smell from under the protective hatch). The service technicians found a mechanical damage !!! On the same day, I got a cost estimate for the repair of the BATTERY for a horrendous amount of PLN 1600, not the motherboard and cables. As it turned out, the service cannot repair or even diagnose what exactly happened because the cable to the rear light was broken by me once (fender lost). Due to this insignificant fault (because the battery works and there is no problem with it), the complaint is no longer subject to me. I do not recommend this website because they only care about money and that's it ...
Edit. I asked one of the services in my city about the same problem and they told me that CCS hit me sharply and they would repair my scooter for less than PLN 100. Regards and I warn you against this service.

A Huawei laptop that broke down mechanically, on the right side of the hinge the housing broke ... you know how it is with this type of damage under the warranty ... normally the user's fault and the end of the topic. Here it was different, with no cancellations, no arguments whether it was my fault or not. Laptop with shipping to the center, repaired and back in a week at my home! !! !! However, you should inform "we will delete all your data, restore the phone to factory settings, upload new software, even if the repair does not require turning on your phone". Then I would never give the phone to such a service.

I had a discussion with x-com and CCS for some time, but when asked to send photos with a seal attached before sending back, the CCS service collapsed underground and is not responding. The service replaced the display and additionally the housing with a new one. Parts replacement took 2 days. In my case, it was done quickly and carefully. The phone looks like new. recommend

They adopted for repair a brand new Samsung S7 in the original protective film. They returned the phone with a scratch display and claimed that I scratched it. Telephone given at t-mobile with employee description with perfect condition, not a single scratch on the foil or the casing. They just don't want to explain how you can scratch gorilla glass without scratching the film. Mr. Czesio at Targ would better do that. I do not recommend.

I sent my Galaxy S8 + under warranty to CCS, which began to show traces of glue on the corners and due to a bug in the system that could not be removed via the phone format. I was terrified when I saw opinions about this site. However, despite so many negative reviews for me, the website is simply brilliant. The mileage I looked at the site and after receiving the phone for service on the same day was repaired and sent back to me. I thought that since so soon there was probably some refusal. However, at the end of the day I checked that the motherboard, display, battery and rear glass were replaced. After receiving the package, I even had films on the display and on the rear window. Perfect display! I don't even have to correct my pinking anymore. Of course, I had "traces of use" inscribed, but the phone does not have a single scratch :) Thank you to the man who took care of my smartphone and repaired it perfectly :) Great respect from CCS :)
