John is awesome! He has been fixing my desktop and laptop computers for well over 10 years and has built me a new system and upgraded me once or twice also. Nice guy who does great work.

James is a thoroughbred when it comes to IT and Phone System design and support on a business level. We currently use his services for our Small-Medium sized wedding business here in the Tampa Bay Area. Professional, hardworking, and willing to help at a drop of a dime to get our system kinks out and/or Internet support are part of his everyday repertoire. One specific instance was Hurricane Irma in Sept. 2017, our phone system was back up 24-30 hours prior to everyone else in the area!

Under new ownership/management, We will work diligently to turn this around. Thanks to all who give the repair shop another chance. We are now doing repair work for 1/2 the price of the competitors. Data recovery, VOIP server installs, Windows, Linux, and Mac.

James is an astonishing I.T. guy his knowledge and skills of computers and I.T. (coding and system support) is prodigious in comparison to other I.T. support and networking guys that I have dealt with in the past. James is very thorough and ensures when an issue arises that he is on top of it and handles things expeditiously while taking the utmost care of ensuring the issue and resolution process is understood.

Stay Away! $220 later for diagnosis and two parts cost and installation my computer had the same hardware issue the next day.
Nothing he did fixed the issue it was brought in for.
I called him to see if he would offer any solution to my cost of incorrect diagnosis and replacing un-needed parts and I was told it was my homes electrical issue and to bring it back in for more poor troubleshooting and replacement of more un-needed parts.
Another computer repair shop identified the issue in 20 seconds and it had nothing to do with the 2 parts he diagnosed as bad.

First let me start by saying I'm glad that there's a local computer store still surviving in this financial crisis, but someone needs to let this gentleman know that his customers are his first priority. Wanted to do business with him but he gave off a very bad vibe when I started to ask questions. He made me feel like I wasn't that important because I started with questions instead of buy his merchandise. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. So I thanked him very much for the information and went on to another computer store with excellent
customer service and bought my items from them. Just a sidenote he does not carry any Macintosh or Apple products and if you ask him if he does he will give you a blank stare.

Great work done fast and at a very reasonable rate. I would strongly suggest you stop in and get a quote today. James setup my network and keep us safe from hackers. We have 20 agents using our VICI system and no down time thanks to James M and Cyber Pinellas.

Terrible attitude, the owner is really abraisive and doesn't like to answer questions. He acts like he knows everything and you're stupid. I'd rather spend more and go to a real computer store with new equipment. You're not going to save much here anyway and you have to deal with somebody with a bad attitude.
