First let me start by saying I'm glad that there's a local computer store still surviving in this financial crisis, but someone needs to let this gentleman know that his customers are his first priority. Wanted to do business with him but he gave off a very bad vibe when I started to ask questions. He made me feel like I wasn't that important because I started with questions instead of buy his merchandise. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. So I thanked him very much for the information and went on to another computer store with excellent
customer service and bought my items from them. Just a sidenote he does not carry any Macintosh or Apple products and if you ask him if he does he will give you a blank stare.
