Worst experience in my life dealing with customer service management.

Great company to work with. Good communication and very accommodating. They can procure efficient tooling for the parts and run them to produce parts within quoted cost. No problem with getting additional services like assembly and packaging. I dealt mostly with Arthur, but everyone there was part of great team.

Jeff, Karen, and the Custom team are great to work with. No issues with production parts and very helpful in aiding us to trial alternative materials for future projects.
