This company s goal is to make money for their clients the owners of the park. If you don t believe me visit their office. It s written on the wall there. While managing a senior park for them I spoke to the VP Tom P. about the constant rent rises they do for the elderly on fixed incomes. I told him they were being priced out of their homes. Tom told me that if they couldn t pay they would have to move. I have that statement in writing by the way. For many of them there is no where else to go. If you are considering buying a manufactured home in a park I urge you to buy in a privately owned park and steer clear of Commonwealth. They don t care about you, the park or your well-being. Only about your money.

I have been a resident at Glen Tualatin Mobile Home Park for over 20 years, and I just wanted to tell Commonwealth that the Manager you have given us, Michelle, is THE BEST Manager, I'm sure this Park has ever had. I hear people complain about her, as they always will -BUT- she honestly has your best interest and ours at heart. She does her VERY BEST to do the BEST for us BOTH! Michael Llewellyn #36
To the owner & property manager at Tamarack st estates in sweet home: Ive gotten 2 Lawyers and people that are legal Child Advocates , and a few other legals to help. I am taking the manager and owner to court and suing. My grandmother recently moved in to tamarack estates in sweet home, I heather, her granddaughter who was 8 month's pregnant at the time moved in to help her cause she's sick alot from cancer was told i couldn't live with her. I got denied because of my background. The manager/owner said i have a violent criminal background, which I DO NOT. I went to the manager and explained my past and everything ive done and am continuing to do differently. The manager took my $45 and didnt even do a background check on me all they did was google search my name. I was told i had 14 days to vacate at 8 1/2 months pregnant and my grandma being the only family i have i don't have anywhere else to go. I did some research and am looking into the law and our rights. What the owner/property manager is doing is discrimination. Its called ARBITRARY DISCRIMINATION AND ILLEGAL DISCRIMINATION. There are Sex Offenders, and felons who have charges of manufacturing meth, and dimestic violence charges that live in this park. WTF. But im honest and upfront anf i get denied. They also returned my grandma's rent check snf refuse to accept it untill i move out. My grandmother is sick and needs someone to help her and a nurse is to expensive. I am honest and not a threat to any one and i am willing to pay extra for rent, but they still want to put me out on the street with a new baby. This place is a joke.
The best management company ever! I had a problem with my rent but they took the time to research the issue and get it resolved. I know they have worked with others in my community to improve their spaces or help with hardships. It is a 55+ community where people sometimes can use the help. I am so pleased to have them responsible for my community. It has been a better community since their involvement. New walking trails, clubhouse, secured RV storage...much better.
We have been with Commonwealth for years and have a wonderful working relationship with everyone there. They have been immense help with the management of our properties and happily meet with us when ever we need them. I would refer anyone to Commonwealth if they need property management. We would never consider going anywhere else!
I've lived in this park for 18 years. When I first moved in here there were rules and follow up to help keep things tidy and in working order. For the last few years there hasn't been any leadership. Tenets do whatever they want, so many of the trailers are in shambles. The thought of you raising the rent $40.00 is appalling. There is no communication and certainly no follow through. The maintenance man, Tim is awesome and he works very hard, he always has a smile and kind word. Sadly, this used to be a community I and a lot of others enjoyed living in. I feel this is one way companies try and get rid of these parks, but of course you are aware that you would have to help pay for the move. If there were more or new amenities I could see a raise of this size, not the case. Carports need paint, trees need trimmed the list goes on and on.
This company is the absolute worst! I wish I could give minus stars. Any time you need to speak with someone e it always goes to a voicemail. I'd say Amy is the worst, but found out that she is just the normal employee. Nobody calls back! I won't go into our issues, just steer way away from this company!,
