I ve used Frank and the Custom Outdoor Concepts team for 2 different projects in my back yard, and both of them have turned out fantastic. Franks team put a covered roof over our outdoor kitchen area, and then a year later came back and matched a new pool decking to the existing layout. We are completely satisfied with both. We hired Custom Outdoor Concepts to tear down and rebuild our detatched carport. After obtaining several quotes we liked the proposal from COC best, and they were also the most affordable. The staff was friendly and communicative throughout the process. They were apologetic for weather delays despite it being out of their control. The project manager kept me in the loop and thoroughly answered all my questions as the project progressed. The only issue we had was one of the subcontractors left a mess on the job site, and COC quickly rectified the situation. I'd recommend them without hesitation.
They did great work! Put pavers down in my backyard and fixed tripping hazard by my front door. The job look great and was completed quickly.
Custom Outdoor Concepts recently completed a large addition to our back patio. We had significant trouble find a contractor who would do it, as it required full permitting with the Parish and the homeowners association. Once we got Frank involved things went quite smoothly. He took our drawings and improved on them significantly. He handled all the dealings with the Parish. The large deck area required a large retaining wall, and a significant amount of stone work to get to the point of laying the pavers. Once his crews got to work, they did a magnificent job, and suggested some improvements of their own as we went along. The beautiful stone work, must have inspired the carpenters, because their work was superb as well. Very heavy duty frame work, with a beautiful pergola, and they tied into the roof perfectly. The fine details and additional work that they put in, showed real pride. I can highly recommend Frank Bergeron and Custom Outdoor Concepts!!!
Our new pavilion/carport is AMAZING. Frank and his team did a great job in planning/executing and the outcome was much greater than we ever expected. Before and during construction, several things came up that ended up being changed but was met with accommodating responses. If you're looking for an outdoor space that WOWS, these are your guys!
Frank came out to give me an estiment about three weeks ago and said he would get back to me with a price. After emailing and calling someone finally told me they would ask him and he would get back to me this week. It's Thursday and still nothing. Completely unprofessional and waste of time. I'll probably get the same product for a cheaper price on Marketplace anyway.
I am so glad we found Mr. Frank Bergeron. From day one he embraced our vision and made it even better. We have a beautiful comfortable back yard paradise, that we are proud to share with our family and friends. The workers never stopped and worked very hard making our retirement home dream come true!
