Called for an outside emergency plumbing issue. Our guy was unprofessional by arriving 2 hours late and was very rude and rushed. He quoted what he was going to do and said he was going to add a shut off valve and patch up the ceiling. I hate to say this but very dishonest work. Shut off valve work quoted as additional price towards end of job when lead to believe it was already included the price. Open patch in ceiling saying our newly remodeled home wasn't up to code. Make sure everything is written down on contact. If he says he's going to screw a nail in make sure he writes it down on the contact. Called the very next day and no one ever came out like they promised. Please don't make the same mistake as me, go with someone else who doesn't have billboards on the highway from robbing people.

Spent $69 to determine they were almost twice the price !

We are very satisfied with the excellent and very professional assistance that we received from Micheal. He answered all our questions and took care of all our plumbing issues in just a few hours. He was neat and clean in his work and we really appreciated that. We will use your services again if needed and will refer others to you as well.

We had an issue with the repair of our air handler unit. We called Curtis 4 hours after seeing no movement of the temp in our house. Pete Rodriguez was so quick to respond to our call and came to the house within an hour. After 30 minutes of work, Pete got our ac unit functioning properly. Great service and I will be requesting him to do further work at our house.

Jason did an excellent job on our leak. He was very professional, and he explained the problem to us.

It was very easy to explain my problem and have someone come out to my home in a quick manner to look at our clogged toilet. Technician Jason was very polite, professional. He quickly was able to diagnose our problem and take care of it in a very reasonable amount of time and made sure that the issue was resolved before he left. They could not have been more courteous and efficient. I Would highly recommend Curtis Total Service for any of your plumbing needs, it would be difficult to find better service and quality in the valley!

Extremely courteous, knowledgeable, clean, respectful! Walked me through step by step gave me plenty of options choices made me feel like I had to say and I was just as important in the decision-making that I was not just helpless. If there were 10 Stars they would get the 10 Stars they are one hundred percent trustworthy, honest and truly care about their customers you cannot ask for any more than that from a company. If you want to company that does not take advantage of you this is the one. The only thing I can say good is that the technician came on time. Other than that services was horrible, because no services were rendered. The technician came to check the leaky facet, but made no attempt to actually fix it. He only gave me an excuse that it would be far more work if he fixed because of him having to locate the parts (admitted that this would be the cheaper route), but instead wanted to replace the entire facet (much more expensive route). He was not professional, did not listen to the customer's want, only wanted to make an easy dollar. If I wanted to remodeled the bathroom I wouldn't have contacted a plumber to fix the facet. Contacted someone else which they came and fixed the problem at a far more minimum cost. I would not recommend Curtis Plumbing, only if you enjoy getting ripped off.

I called at 4:30pm with a completely backed up plumbing system ...a tech named Jason was at my house 20 minutes later...and in under an hour he fixed the problem and we are back in business...couldn't be more pleased with the response time, knowledge and expertise...I am a customer for life now...absolutely amazing!!

Mike came out to complete my repair, he was on time and respectful of me and my house. His explanation of what needed to be done was detail oriented. He fixed my bathtub faucet within a reasonable amount of time and I was very satisfied with his work performance. He recommended a water softener for my house and if I choose to have one installed I will definitely be going through with having Curtis Total Service do the install and will ask for Mike to be my service technician.

Excellent service. Chris and Pete were extremely helpful. I would recommend Curtis to anyone looking for plumbing or HVAC needs.

Chris was courteous, on time, and very educated on our Trane HVAC systems. Definitely recommend.

Had an emergency plumbing issue and called Curtis Total Service. They were able to get out the next morning first thing and fix the issue. They also helped resolve another issue that had been ongoing. They were courteous and kept us apprised of the status of the work. Definitely plan to get more work done through this company.

Great customer service! i would highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC, electrical, or plumbing repairs. Very professional, prompt service. Matt Price was in our home within an hour of our call and heating was restored quickly. Matt took the time to explain the issue and provided useful information. Glad that this is the company we chose when we needed help. They will be my go to choice when calling repair services for our home.
UPDATE: Peter provided our scheduled HVAC servicing yesterday and was excellent. He was very pleasant and informative. Another great service from Curtis!
UPDATE 8/14/20. We have had some plumbing issues in the past few months and each time Curtis has responded quickly and efficiently. Reliability and trust are essential when contracting with service providers. We have had bad experiences in the past when hiring home repair service people but Curtis has not disappointed us. They deliver excellent service and follow up every time. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT USE, EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. Degrading manager response.

I signed up for the service contract - 2 visits (1 for AC, 1 for heating system). We have 2 units so had to get 2 contracts. The 2 guys were knowledgeable and touched up a few things. Then came the shocker. They had to replace the capacitor on the outside unit. Their quote after the service contract 10% discount - $ 447. I should have stopped them right there, but would not know if there were other problems or if the system would work. They suggested changing the 40amp wiring contactor also. I said go ahead to avoid any future problems - $310 for that. I then went online and looked at prices for the capacitor and the contactor. Both were online for a total of $120. That was a shocker. I could see charging double and doing the repair for a total of $ 300. Even that would be too high. But charging $726 - that is totally unreasonable. Any honest company would do it for $300 total.

I should have told them to hold off so I could get quotes from other companies, but then they would not be able to see if that would fix the problem or if the rest of the system would work. They did do some other touch ups, answered my questions, and gave a slight discount. But $ 726 for 2 basic replacements, on top of the $550 service contract. That totals almost $1,300. And they will return to look at the heating system in a few months.

It was quality work, but almost triple what other companies would charge. Another company charged $180 to replace the motor on the outside unit, and Curtis charged me $726 for replacing a capacitor and contactor ? I am very unhappy and left a message on their Account voicemail. I now see the other reviews of their extremely high charges, which seem to be the norm for them. My neighbor recommended them, but I should have done my homework. Get quotes from different companies and don't be talked into spending a ridiculous amount of money for a basic repair. I cannot recommend Curtis.

Update: Just received a call back from Curtis. He was rude, demeaning, and kept giving a long-winded speech. I had to keep interrupting in order to say anything. And then he said I was being rude. Summing up his long winded speech - "You were given an estimate before the work was done" as law states. I should have declined the repair, which I could have easily done myself. But if they are there to check out the AC system and one of the parts of the system is not working and they are overcharging me for hundreds of dollars, do I just tell them no and ask them to leave ? How can the rest of the system be tested to find the problems. He bad-mouthed other companies saying they hire ex-cons, morons, and don t know what they are doing. Not a respectful representative of a company.

I would not have this guy working the register at McDonalds or do anything that would have him interact with people. He did not want to listen. He kept trying to justify the cost of replacing 2 minor items that took about 15 minutes to replace. He was trying to explain of how costs are estimated, including licenses, trucks, equipment, and on and on. I responded that I and my family had a business. I respect business. But that does not justify ripping people off and unreasonably overcharging.

I responded that you would not expect to be charged $600 for a $100 hard drive or pay $2,000 for new tires. No response to that. I was losing my cool because I signed the paper, I paid, it was done. Nothing was going to change that and being spoken down to by a non-stop speech and no concern for the customer was not going to change anything. I said good-bye since it was apparent nothing would happen by both of us going back and forth. This guy went against every rule you hear about how to deal with people and customers. I will not be doing any business with Curtis in the future and will tell Everyone I know and in the immediate area about them. I want to warn others especially elderly people so they do not get ripped off.

This was not an emergency so set up appt. for 2 days after I called. Got the time that I wanted and the plumber showed up on time. Office staff very friendly and courteous.
The plumber was very professional and evaluated the 2 problems that I had. Prices were given to me up front before starting work. $77 for the plumber to walk in my door.
Then $263.04 to replace washers in my "old style laundry tray faucet". Then $268.62 to rebuild one part of the kitchen faucet. There was no break down of price per hour for the plumber or how much the parts cost. The plumber was in my house from 7:55 am to about 9:10 am. Honestly, I thought these prices were outrageous. Went along with it because I would have had to pay the $77 anyway. Happy with the service, definitely NOT happy with the amount charged for the work done. I was expecting something around $300. My total $608.66 - $40.00 discount = $568.66
I was told that their prices were in line with other plumbers. Am I just naive about what these jobs cost? Should have done more shopping around!

I just found out about Curtis service and I was very impressed with their very knowledgeable and very courteous service that I received from their customer service and technician. I will definitely have them service me in the future.

we had our gold member free check up that you receive from Curtis Total Service when they installed our brand new Trane air conditioning unit last year. when hey arrived, after looking over everything, we were recommended that our furnace needed to be replaced and it was leaking, so we took their advice and replaced it. Alex, Will and Christian arrived promptly on time and followed all CDC guidelines and were very professional and courteous while working at my house. they looked at our thermostat that was old and asked if we wanted a new thermostat and a newer model and replaced it at no charge as part of the service. If your looking for work to be done with your HVAC look no further and call Curtis Total Service, we recommend the to all of our friends and Real Estate clients.

They came out very quickly as I had an emergency with my shower faucet and needed a quick response. They did a great job diagnosing the issue and fixing it.

When my central air stopped working during a heat wave, I was scared I wouldn't be able to get someone to come right away to take care of the problem. Thankfully, Curtis Total Service sent someone out that same day it broke to come repair the problem. The technician worked fast and fixed the problem with no issue! Prices are extremely reasonable. I will definitely be calling Curtis again if I run into any other issues!

Update:: When they called back 'THEY DID NOT TELL US ABOUT THE FEE', Maybe they did forget to mention it, but the reason I wrote this review is to make sure it does not happen to anyone again.

I wish they would of told us when they called us back, there was a $89 service fee, plus 3% if you use a credit card. We would of not had them come to our home.. It's fine if they charge a fee, but let people know a head of time. We decided to use another company.
