The Curtis team showed up on one of the coldest and windiest days of the winter, during a snowstorm, and replaced our whole HVAC system. They were professional, friendly, and took care not to track snow through my house. I am very happy with their work, and so happy to have heat!

They did a great job of getting our "internal water feature" (running from the ceiling in the office) fixed quickly and then were here the next day to put in a shut off valve. Done very quickly and professionally!

They may be professional and courteous to the homeowners getting work done but they have no regard for their neighborhood. They have has me parked in be almost 6 hours now because they felt they have the right to block neighbors driveways instead of parking 6 feet away where parking was available. They have also been excessively loud. I facilitate training classes which have been disrupted by them every time the come out to work on my neighbor's house. I will not EVER support this business!

I moved into a home in June. Although inspected before closing, my very old furnace didn't work. I had planned to convert to gas in the spring and had several quotes. I had Curtis come to my home to give me an estimate for duct cleaning and after talking to Matt about what the furnace was doing he advised I do it sooner that the spring, but didn't pressure me to use Curtis. The other companies had me replacing and adding a lot of things and Matt was very honest and said I didn't need all the extras and helped me work out what was best for me and my limited budget. The technicians were GREAT! I had a very narrow doorway with obstructions and they struggled to get the equipment in, but did it without anything getting damaged. They were polite and friendly and had everything installed earlier than estimated. They even leveled out my stove for me on the way out! They answered all my questions and called me the next day to make sure I was happy. Even had great experience with Carol in the office when i called about confusion about my financing. I love my new furnace (digging the wifi thermostat!) and will use Curtis over and over again (hopefully for maintenance and not necessity). Way to go.

I had Curtis Total Service out to perform some preventative fall maintenance on my heat pump, and they caught the early warning signs of a capacitor failure. They were able to replace the item while onsite, which will assist in pulling a lower amperage on the electric. Ultimately, it will save me money on my electric bill, big plus! I look forward to getting through the winter without issues and would recommend Curtis Total Service to anyone looking for HVAC work.
I have nothing but good things to say about this Curtis total. They replaced my water heater and found a leak that I didn't even know we had but was causing the insulation in our crawl space to tall apart. I'm so thankful that they found it before it did real damage! Highly recommend them.
Pathetic experience. They charged $500 for 10 minutes job. I had the worst experience of my life. They are ripping off in times of Covid! He broke up our faucet , switched of the main water supply and gave a quote of $500. I talked with the manager and he was not helpful. I will never recommend this company.

Been with Curtis for over a year now. Have gotten a new furnace, central air unit and plumbing done with them. Each time Pete Rodriguez has come over he has been very helpful. Answering any questions we have.
Our most recent service call was for annual inspections for whole home plumbing, electrical, and main line sewer service. The inspections were thorough and the assessments reports were detailed with breakdowns of costs for the recommended repairs and improvements. The service expert also provided their recommendation on which repairs and improvements should take priority (there were multiple unfortunately!) which was extremely important for us as we have to budget for the repairs that were recommended in the reports.
I was very satisfied (as always) with the work by the folks at Curtis Total Service. You will pay a premium when you use Curtis Total Service, but as they say, "You get what you pay for"!

When requested to keep mask on while inside the house, the guy still took his mask off. Manager was unprofessional and rude on the phone, yelling at his customer.

Recently we had our heat pump semi-annual service, and the technician noticed that our hot water heater was very close to springing a leak. I ve experienced some really bad remodeling jobs that ended up costing me twice as much when they fell apart after a couple of years. My experience with Curtis has been great we communicated well with each other, they gave me ideas I hadn t thought of, and they always found ways to deliver what I wanted. If there was a question, or if one of the crew thought I said one thing and another thought I said something else, they would contact me by text or call and we d get it right. If I had a question, they always took my calls. Rich spent a lot of time talking to vendors to come up with a system and fixtures that would give me hot water at good pressure from the shower head and body jets without changing out my water heater or adding equipment to boost the water pressure. John came up with a great window option to replace the one that had to go. By the time the painting was done everything blended into a lovely bathroom that I doubt anyone could tell has an old side and a new side. Most importantly, there were no surprises along the way. No what? moment. I feel that everyone from the office staff to the work crew wanted me to be happy with the work and I am structurally and aesthetically. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous and the construction crew left the work site neat and as clean as possible at the end of each day. I d definitely use Curtis again for any of my remodeling needs.

Laundry drain plugged, CTS did a great job , had to cut floor open and replaced clogged cast iron pipe most of the way back to the main. 40 -50 years of metered laundry tub with no lint filter on it plugged that cast iron 2" pipe pretty much, thanks for your help.

Jacob was very thorough and quick to install the whole house well water filtration system. Would give 5 stars if they would install the hybrid water heater as well but I was quoted $1000 more for the installation than other companies quoted me.

Curtis Total Service was to my house in an hour (mind you on a Sunday morning). Chris Conte showed up with a smile on his face, ready to tackle my issues. He was VERY interactive with me and my family. He worked tirelessly trying everything he could think of (all the while explaining every step to me). In the end I need a new pump which will be done tomorrow. WE ARE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT CHRIS WONT BE COMING!!! But we understand. Please please never let Chris go, because if Chris goes so does our business!

Bought a home on 2345 Church St., Allentown so that our two adult children would have a place to live after we die' as neither one of them are able to work as one(female)has MS and the other a son who is die-abetic . As my wife is 80 and I am 88 we need the son daily to help with his sister; On 1/5 she fell into the back of the toilet and cracked it. I called Curtis as I need help as soon as possible. In half an hour the plumber showed and came back in four hours with a new toilet. He took out the old and replaced with the new. Even more important I knew we would need to become a total service: so we joined gold Card Member!

I personally love these guys. They worked on my parents' house a couple years back before they moved out of state. So when I called them to start tweaking stuff on my new home they remembered my family. I have worked with mostly the same guys with the projects in the house, they are respectful of the animals and my home. With the exceptions of weather (too cold!) they have stuck to their timelines that they gave me at the start of the project. I will agree that the prices are a bit high, but at the same time I haven't (knock on wood) had to have them come fix something again after they've finished. The work looks good and the guys have always been personable. So far they've replaced my water heater (hard water damage), put a new air filter on the furnace, replaced 2 doors, did a vent for the kitchen stove top, saved me from running out of oil in the tank for said furnace, did insulation in the basement ceiling...yea I'll stick with these guys. Pretty soon they are gonna know my house better than me!
Pete Rodriguez, our Curtis Service Technician, was both super-nice and very professional during today's service visit. We are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and Pete wore a face mask as well as booties covering his shoes when in the house, which is a nice touch. Our family consists of our beloved cats, dogs and chickens and Pete was very friendly to all and took great care when coming and going to be sure none snuck out the door or from our fenced yard. I HAD THEM COME FOR A TUNE-UP AND THEY SAID I NEEDED A WHOLE NEW SYSTEM FOR $8,000 AND THAT THEY WEREN'T ALLOWED TO ADD REFRIGERANT BECAUSE IT WAS R22 AND OUTLAWED BY THE EPA. THEY SAID IT HAD A LEAK AND WAS INSTALLED WRONG. ANOTHER COMPANY SAID IT WAS FINE AND NEEDED NOTHING. THEY TRY AND SELL YOU THINGS YOU DON'T NEED!

Don t use Curtis total service. They wanted to charge my older mother over $5,000 to replace a part that another local business did for $1,200. They are now suing my mother for a restocking fee on the part of over $700!
As far as I m concerned they preyed on my mother. That was predatory behavior on someone who didn t know any better if I ve ever seen it. Do your research first folks. Don t let Curtis total service take advantage of you.

Last winter we had furnace issues. Curtis Total fixed it fast, and thankfully, didn't overcharge. Then, a few weeks ago, we came home from vacation to find a huge leak in our pipes. We called them, late on a weekend, and they came right out and fixed the pipe.
Thankfully, they got to it and fixed it before our whole basement flooded out!

The workers did a great job. They were professional, courteous, hard working and did the work (replacing a 22 year old central A/C system with black mold) that was necessary in the time promised. Unfortunately my neighbor Caitlin J and her husband are noted for not being a good neighbor. She complained here (rightfully) about one of the three service vans being parked in front of her driveway. But all she had to do was knock on our door to ask them to move the van. She did not do that. And she complained about them being noisy. My wife and I are both also working from home (with me being on Skype video meetings) and being inside where they were, it was NOT that noisy. The roofers and builders (other companies) outside were a lot more noisy than my repair was. I would highly recommend Curtis Service as they did a great job replacing my A/C and fixing a previous plumbing problem we had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
I have Curtis Total Service do my yearly inspections for my heat pump, electrical and plumbing. I am with them now 4 years and can't say enough good things about the company and its workers. From carol and debbie answering the phone to all the technicians, a very p professional and knowledgeable staff. Jason was here most recently to do an electrical inspection. Because Curtis inspects yearly we nip any problems early on and take care of any problems that happen. some people may say Curtis is costly but not when you check other companies and what you get for your money. I had to double check to make sure we're talking about the same place. I had a leaky faucet in the bathtub last year. I called in Curtis to fix. They charged us a little over $2,000 for the replacement that took two guys less than three hours with parts that show on Amazon for $137. Ridiculous pricing. They then offered a 10% discount if you would buy other services. I got sucked in and bought the furnace service. They showed up, unannounced, several days later and started taking apart our new AC unit without talking to us first. Never came back for the furnace service I paid for. I decided to cut my losses and not call them back. Can't recommend these guys, at all.
The service men were knowledgeable and friendly. They actually came early, however I think the prices were high even though they do stand behind their work.
Matt was here to perform "Gold" maintenence service on our HVAC system. Always a pleasure to see and work with Matt! He is courteous, helpful and knowledgable about Curtis products and others. We purchased a new Trane oil furnace and ductwork from Matt in February, and are very pleased with it's performance and efficiency. Curtis even called me a few days after the service to make sure I was satisfied. That's good customer service.
The service man phoned ahead and was here a little earlier than expected. He was very cordial and came in, checked my problem, fixed it for me and was on his way. Very efficient and polite. I certainly will keep them in mind if and when I have a problem. Keep up the good work.
