Curry Honda of Chicopee, MA Review

If the business could be rated by the sales reps. and Curry Honda's leasing program alone I would have to give five stars. But since I needed service done I'm strictly writing a review on the service dept. Be weary. The language is the equivalent to what you would expect at a twenty four hour back roads truck stop. Having to hear who is sleeping with who was an extra I did not think was included in my lease. Detail's excluded. Since when did this become except-able in front of costumers at any business. Here's one for the suggestion box, the workers should out of respect for the customers leave their personal lives at home.

It was good, no problems and I was notified with how my vehicle was intermittently.

As usual, Brandon Morgado continues to go above and beyond!!! With each visit to Curry Honda, he is always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt in getting back to me with updates regarding the status of my vehicle. Hands down, the service department does great work. Also, I highly recommend the interior/exterior detailing and headlight restoration. The white paint on my Odyssey was dull and faded. Thanks to the experts at Curry Honda, my vehicle now shines again and this was achieved without an expensive paint job. I feel like I'm driving a brand new vehicle and this was my first experience with detailing. With Brandon as my service advisor, I will keep coming back to Curry Honda.

I'm a senior citizen who purchased numerous vechicles from different dealerships over the years. At Curry Honda, I had the opportunity to interact with both Johnny Ramos - Internet Sales and Andy Bassett - Sales Consultant. By far, this was my best trade-in and new car (2020 Honda Passport) experience!

I bought my car new at Curry and use them for all of my maintenance needs. Always treated respectfully and they do their best to save me money when maintenance needs are higher and it costs more than I can afford.

My car was making a very loud noise I called they told me come right in and they would check it out see what it was and they took care of it and I was out within an hour and a half. I've been dealing with curry for nearly 20 years and I will continue to do so.

Great place to buy a car! Service is top notch.... You really feel like you re part of a family.

My husband and I went in to Curry to speak to Will on a recommendation from a co worker. We told him what we were looking for and he found something better for a great price. He made buying a car easy, comfortable and stress free. What a great experience we had.

We also worked with Chris Brunner doing all the final financial paperwork. He was a pleasure to work with.

I rated it 5 stars because you down grade the employees for doing there jobs. Doing your job in a polite and respectful manner should be three stars.

It was hassel free due to the fact i was already preapproved by my bank. the Salesman wasn't pushy. The process was pretty smooth.

From the minute I purchased my Accord to anything service related has been exceptional! I had routine maintenance done this time, was explained to what was being done and was informed of other services needed. Service was done in a timely manner and the staff was amazing

I went to Curry Honda where I purchased my 2016 Accord to get my annual inspection sticker. While checking the car during the inspection they noted that I had a license plate bulb that had broken. I was immediately informed of this and the service writer explained what they planned to do because part of it had remained stuck in when the glass of the bulb broke. He kept me informed of the progress of the job and checked in numerous times with me. Everyone is always so politem helpful and informative. They answer your questions and keep you informed about what they are doing with your car. I love this dealership. Always treated well!

Welcoming place, my sales person Max was very professional and pleasant. Did not make a deal ( no reasonable discount) but will come back when looking for a car again....

Had another great experience trading in my lease with Curry Honda. On to my 3 CRV with Curry.

Went in for third time to ask about loud noise as well as have normal oil change. First time was Oct 2019. Was told once it was normal engine noise of 4 cylinder. Another time was told they didn't really hear anything but "maybe" it was a valve. I paid once for a diagnostic eval and was told all was normal. Brought back again last week and firmly told technicians that the noise was still there and for the third time wanted it checked. This time found problem with bearings. Very frustrated that it took one year to figure this out, especially since one time i paid just for a diagnostic eval to determine problem and they didn't determine problem.

I had easily the best car buying experience to date at Curry this past week. I purchased a new 2019 Honda Civic, and the sales team was so patient with me asking so many questions and test driving several options. They were fun to work with and I never felt pressured to make any decision. I ended up with a great choice thanks to the advice of my sales person Max. If you're looking for a friendly and helpful Honda or Nissan dealer, these are your guys!

I am 100% satisfied with the overall buying experience at Curry Honda. The salesman, Max was very friendly and informative, and was not pressuring me to make a purchase. He made sure to take the time to explain the details of each model and the difference between them. Because of this, I was able to make an informed decision, and I now drive the Civic that makes the most sense for me. I love this car! I was a first time lessee, and definitely didn't understand the lease process well. However, Ron was able to guide me through with ease, making sure to answer my questions about the financing process in terms that i can understand. I had stop taking my car to get service at The dealership were a bought my car Because every time I took my car there they always tried to up sell me other things you need this you need that I know what I need is not my 1st time I've error on the car until I lost my keys so I call them and they gave me an appointment almost 3 weeks away Like a dummy I was waiting till I got fed up and call the know the dealership which happened to be curry Honda Call the Mona Friday the ex me when I wanna bring my car I told him tomorrow Saturday this a good bring it over would take care of it Turn off before to 2:00 p.m. my car was done I am back to take in my car to get service at a dealership like curry Honda I am so satisfied now I will be taking my car there for whatever it needs

Max was personable, professional, and accommodating . All the rest of the people there made me feel welcome. I quite enjoyed the process!

Promise made, promise kept. The Service Manager set up my appointment for 8:00 am on 5/31/19 and he was ready for me to drive into the bay. When I asked how long the service would take, Joe said 90 minutes. I left and returned 90 minutes later. My vehicle was ready as promised. A customer can't ask for better than that!

If I could give zero starts I would. I own a local garage in the area and had to come here to get a key made for a customers car. Most rude service I've every experienced. The parts manager armondo was very demeaning and snobby.Will bring my business elsewhere for future needs.

Curry honda my second home I use to go there even to chill with some of my friends that work there. I came out with a car because my friend David was tired of seeing me there and not get a car. The people are great and Jason Mr big shot good guy. Always tries his best to make you happy. I am already thinking of buying my next vehicle so lets see!!

Bret Cohen is personable, reasonable and professional. This is the first time we have dealt with him but is also the latest in a series of purchases from this dealership. After completing the purchase, I have complete confidence in Mr. Cohen (and also in Honda vehicles) and so I recommend him to anyone without reservation.

My experience at Curry Honda was very good. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because I was hoping the manager would be able to find a color I requested. Unfortunately he could not. My salesman was Max Fisenko. He sold me a brand new Honda Fit. He was very pleasant and not at all pushy. It was very hot and he was courteous and always asked me if I wanted water. I would definitely refer any of my friends to go and see Max!

I went to Curry Honda to buy out the lease on my Honda Civic. I decided to keep it after my lease expired because I really like this car. My application was accepted and the whole process took about half a hour. The dealership will handle all the paperwork for me and the monthly payments were exactly where I wanted them to be. The dealership followed safety protocols and everyone had masks. Hand sanitizer was available as you entered the main lobby and at the desks. everything went well and I was on my way with the car transferred to me. I would recommend Curry Honda.

Hard to explain but I'll be brief: That specific dealership makes me feel like I'm at the bbq with family I haven't seen for awhile...It's like everyone is happy to see me. I feel like doing group hugs, even if I have to wait long.

Went in to look at a 2015 Kia they had for sale, after speaking with Richard E. one of the salesmen there, I was financed on Saturday and was driving Monday morning. This was my first brand new dealer vehicle and the process was quick and effortless. The staff there was very helpful and all wanted to make sure I was well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this and I personally would return once it's time to upgrade.

Best auto service provider in the area. I can honestly say I have never felt my vehicle left Curry without receiving the full service it needed. The cost for tune up or repair has always been more that fair. Very satisfied with all at Curry who keep me safe on the road, thank you.

As far as car dealers go, these folks are more tolerable. They will say anything to make a sale but are nice and not too pushy.

Christian vincellete is cool guy. Highly recommended him to anyone looking for a car. Spend tI'm to get know your needs and work with your budget to make it work for you.

Went in for a recall; treated well, clean facility, professional team, on time as they stated.

I bought a car here a few years back. Turns out ive been put in a upside down car loan that i cant get out anywhere. They send me invites to events to give me more for my trade and when i go to get info on the event the sales team is nothing but negative to me and not willing to help. I would not recommend this dealership unless your looking to be drowning in your car loan in debt. There not willing to help returning customers get out of a loan they put you in.

Start to finish buying a car from here was not pleasant. I will never do business here again. They even sold me a used car with ripped windshield wipers. After saying car was fully inspected and ready to go. Every employee I dealt with was unhelpful and had no customer service skills. People got nicer once I started getting an attitude but it was already too late. Highly recommend going elsewhere!

The deal I got at Curry Honda was fair and honest. There are no high pressure sales, they give you their best price right up front. They also gave me a fair price on my trade in. They are very fast and efficient and made the entire purchase process fun and easy. I can honestly say this is the first time I ever left a dealership knowing I got the best deal I could get and that my business was truly appreciated. If you're looking for a Honda you have to go to Curry. It's a decision you won't regret :)

I was only there for about 5 minutes for a key that wasn't working. The service was fast for a small problem even though I didn't have an appointment. The tech told me what he was going to do to solve the problem, told me afterwards exactly what was the problem. I had direction on exiting from another tech as I entered my car to leave. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the technician that helped me.

Salesman John Ryan was a non pushy, friendly dealer. He helped us with every aspect of the new car buying process. He helped us with getting the best price for our trade, he helped with getting us a great financing agreement, and he explained all the bells and whistles associated with our new CR-V. This is our 2nd car at curry Honda. Max is the best salesman they have their. Hes honest and straight forward. Please do your research and understand your credit score. Also do your research before you go in and look at the cars they have online. This helps streamline the process. We called ,we knew how much we were going to put down. Also knew that we wanted extra warranty on the car so we knew That there had to be some wiggle Room in what we wanted it for monthly payments. Remember when you going into a place for a new car. Be honest with yourself and understand it's a investment And needs to be protected. Max will tell you everything you need to know. He is very knowledgeable. Best salesman they have. If you you don't understand the process he can walk you through it and you will be more knowledgeable and have a great car. Also they have a lifetime drive train warranty. Great place to buy a car

The staff at Curry Honda are very welcoming. I especially liked that there was someone available to greet me when I walked in. Dan was my salesman and was helpful and easy to work with. I didn t feel like he was simply looking to make a sale. He was very thorough and reviewed all aspects of my new car with me. Though he was not my salesman, Adam was also very knowledgeable and helpful, especially with information regarding the technology in the car. Overall great experience!

I was there this week for a bad tire. Brendon was amazing got my car fixed all in one day with no appointment. Tire sticker recall and oil change with no problem!! Thank u so much I really thought I would have to come back for two appointments

Mr. Morgado has a thorough knowledge of his job. He is very courteous and made me feel at ease while I was awaiting for my car. He took the time to explain things and showed genuine interest in making sure that I was satisfied with the service received. Mr. Morgado has a bright future ahead of him.

My car was serviced in September and I was lucky to have Mr Luis Gonzalez as the associate that took care of it. He posseses excellent customer service skills and addressed my concerns with ease. I wish him the best in his career. He is definitely an asset to Curry Honda.

My advisor was so nice and checked in with me a few times while I was waiting to provide updates on my service and expected time the car would be ready. I very much appreciated the kindness and professionalism.

We have loved dealing with their service department over the past 7+ years for our 2008 Odyssey. They have the best mechanics and service folks. From what I have seen , they are very fair and honest. Example: we bought a new battery from them and when it went bad about 2 years later they did not "prorate" it, they just replaced it free of charge (thanks Omar!), no questions asked, no arguments, no receipts needed. I have also heard very good things about them (service & sales) from many friends/co-workers.

So, when I started looking at new civics I went there first (great service department is my #1 priority in a dealership). I had a great buying experience dealing with Christian Vincelette there and went away with a new 2016 Civic ex that I love. They gave us a great "no haggle" price AND then gave me more money for my trade in (Toyota Corolla) than another dealer where I had bought and serviced the car being traded in. They offer a free lifetime power train warranty on the cars they sell too which is always a big plus. Check them out, they are a great dealer and Honda makes great cars!

Update 2019: We bought a 2nd car (2018 CRV) last year and once again dealt with Christian. He/they met the best price I had gotten around and so there was no question who I wanted to deal with. Easy, no BS transaction!
