We have loved dealing with their service department over the past 7+ years for our 2008 Odyssey. They have the best mechanics and service folks. From what I have seen , they are very fair and honest. Example: we bought a new battery from them and when it went bad about 2 years later they did not "prorate" it, they just replaced it free of charge (thanks Omar!), no questions asked, no arguments, no receipts needed. I have also heard very good things about them (service & sales) from many friends/co-workers.

So, when I started looking at new civics I went there first (great service department is my #1 priority in a dealership). I had a great buying experience dealing with Christian Vincelette there and went away with a new 2016 Civic ex that I love. They gave us a great "no haggle" price AND then gave me more money for my trade in (Toyota Corolla) than another dealer where I had bought and serviced the car being traded in. They offer a free lifetime power train warranty on the cars they sell too which is always a big plus. Check them out, they are a great dealer and Honda makes great cars!

Update 2019: We bought a 2nd car (2018 CRV) last year and once again dealt with Christian. He/they met the best price I had gotten around and so there was no question who I wanted to deal with. Easy, no BS transaction!
