Typical treatment from salesmen trying to pull the wool over your eyes. They told me my trade in was worth nothing when other dealers were giving me fair quotes from NADA on its value; they tried to convince me to buy at MSRP; there was a deal going on at the time and they didn't bother to tell me about it; they played the game of back and forth to the manager; used pressure tactics to try to add on extra charges like a special paint coating, tinting on the windows, warranties, etc. I don't understand the rave reviews. I didn't get excellent treatment and found their tactics sleazy like most other car dealers. Their statement of service on their website does not fit what really plays out there. Read it, but don't believe it.
