Worst service ever.. I wanted it to be good too they charge for every ride you request instead of every ride you actually take. When requesting a ride- you just don t get it. It takes 20 mins sometimes and still no driver but better believe you getting charged for it

I was in green and yellow business for long time. before it was Verifone now its curb. employee come and go but drivers and taxi owners ARE always remain same and they got bully and suffer from employee. yellow taxi and green taxi BUSINESS mild down to zero not because of uber or Lyft . its because of TLC ,VERIFONE, CMT AND CURB THEIR LAZY-SYSTEM, USELESS EMPLOYEES AND CORRUPTED OFFICIAL ARE THE RESPONSIBLE FOR YELLOW AND GREEN BUSINESS mild to ZERO. WE HATE YOU. and I wish one day you all EMPLOYEES realize how RUDE,BULLY, MEAN you all are. I belive in KARMA. wait and watch .DON,T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, DON,T GIVE BUSINESS TO THEM , RETURN THERE JUCK SYSTEM BACK TO THEM. LET THEM SUFFER NOW.

Thankfully my yellow taxi meter is connected to CURB as many Access A Ride fares are available through E Hail on a state of the art tablet. Opportunity keeps knocking if you know what I mean. Prices are really fair for flat rate fares so the business can come that way now also.
I highly recommend one uses CURB for their yellow & green medallions.

I lost money-clip in a cab (cash, cards, license, etc.) did not realize it until next morning 12 hours later. I found Curb Mobility LLC on my credit card (i dropped the money clip while getting out of cab I guess) and called them. A very nice lady found the driver and sent him a message. He called me and returned the money clip to my door. All the money and cards etc were there. I gave him the money that was in it, $60, because it was a life saver to have my license, credit cards, insurance card etc etc. Thank you Curb Mobility, nice people and nice service.

I have eight fraudulent charges on my debit card from this company. I don t live anywhere near nyc and have never used this service. I see another person had the same issue. Untrustworthy company!!!!!!!

1st time in New York, 10/7/21 Landed at JFK at 10:15 pm. I needed a ridee from JFK to Midtown Manhattan. I asked The Taxi agent how much. I was told 65.00 I agreed and it was cool. Once we left, The driver told me It was a 15.00 toll fee. Not much talking after that. Once we arrived to my hotel I was told I could pay 80.00 cash or 85.00 card. So it was late at night I chose card. Well to my surprise the Total was 104.00. Because of a mandatory gratuity. Pretty steep for 30 minute ride in my opinion. I would just Lyft or Uber if I were you.

I have no idea where they get all the dumb people to work here.All the girls behind the glass do nothing they talk to each other bitching about each other.except the old lady.hundreds of people are waiting in line.the manager Spanish guy I don t know how to explain,All I see high school boy trying so hard to keep this job only for summer.they are very slow.hungry for for all they do is this is this much that is that much.copy is one dollar for each page.
Downstairs is high way rubber,they will put all the broken devices in your car,they will mess your car.dont go there.goodluck
