I state that it is the first time that I have posted a negative review.
The two stars are, in a positive sense, for the agent with whom I signed the contract and for the employees who came to install the drop and bring the supplies always punctual and kind.
Unfortunately I was not as satisfied with the Customer Care. Working in contact with the public, I have dealt with many clients and I always try to do my best to assist them and this is what I expect from the call center of a company as prestigious as yours.
Our agency had to give up this service since we have been in smart working since March. In this regard, a few days ago we asked for the withdrawal of the dispenser and the only whole drop that was left.
The answer was that they removed the dispenser without problems without however scaling the remaining months to reach the end of the contract because it is not possible to make transfers and that we had to drink the remaining drop, we could not make a return.
Considering that our travel agency has been reimbursing all customers who have not been able to make their trips since March, I felt mortified to be told that even given the situation in which we find ourselves it was not possible or to climb the months of remaining rent and not even reimburse the drop.
It is not about the figure, which is not high, but about the principle of respect and care for the customer. Customer Care is the business card of a company.
