I state that it is the first time that I have posted a negative review.
The two stars are, in a positive sense, for the agent with whom I signed the contract and for the employees who came to install the drop and bring the supplies always punctual and kind.
Unfortunately I was not as satisfied with the Customer Care. Working in contact with the public, I have dealt with many clients and I always try to do my best to assist them and this is what I expect from the call center of a company as prestigious as yours.
Our agency had to give up this service since we have been in smart working since March. In this regard, a few days ago we asked for the withdrawal of the dispenser and the only whole drop that was left.
The answer was that they removed the dispenser without problems without however scaling the remaining months to reach the end of the contract because it is not possible to make transfers and that we had to drink the remaining drop, we could not make a return.
Considering that our travel agency has been reimbursing all customers who have not been able to make their trips since March, I felt mortified to be told that even given the situation in which we find ourselves it was not possible or to climb the months of remaining rent and not even reimburse the drop.
It is not about the figure, which is not high, but about the principle of respect and care for the customer. Customer Care is the business card of a company.

If I could go back to 10 years ago when I was convinced to buy I would send the seller to that country !!! But I am convinced and to sum up the bottles I spent half !!! It costs twice as much as the competition for no reason and with the annual maintenance you don't get back a euro of the money spent !!! Then if you lose the tap, 1760 cubic meters of water leave you in two months because it continues to purify continuously and given the waste of water it causes you find yourself 573 euros of water to pay !!! In the dumpster to sum up after 10 years !!!

I purchased a Frizzy / Culligan purifier model PF 130 with a contract dated 4/2/2020 and installed on 19/2. Unfortunately I only used the system for a few weeks, immediately I had problems with the leaking tap. I had several times the technician's intervention, but without solving the problem, (even once I was also paid for the call of 35) so the last time and precisely on June 4th c. to. the plant was withdrawn for inspection by local assistance.
Since then, unfortunately, I have had no more news than that of the secretary of Vibo Valenzia who, despite having repeatedly contacted and solicited the assistance colleagues based in Puglia, has not yet reached a definitive solution. On 1 and 6 July I wrote to both Frizzy and Culligan via PEC, but to date 21/7 I have had no answer.
All of this is shameful and I will soon see a lawyer.

Taken Fritz30 for family of 5 with high water consumption.
Purchase: Seller (Paolo T.) has followed every step with professionalism, kindness and courtesy.
Installation: excellent skill and experience of the technician. Good time between order and installation despite the exit from the recent lockdown.
Use: simple, even a few years old children immediately understood how to make both sparkling water and fresh water. Water quality: very light!
Assistance: I had a small problem, but after a contact in the afternoon, they arrived the next morning, even early!
Conclusions: highly recommended for those with a green soul (too much plastic) but also high water consumption! Ideal also to have in a moment even a simple half glass of fresh and sparkling water, without occupying the fridge with dozens of bottles!
