I purchased a Frizzy / Culligan purifier model PF ...
I purchased a Frizzy / Culligan purifier model PF 130 with a contract dated 4/2/2020 and installed on 19/2. Unfortunately I only used the system for a few weeks, immediately I had problems with the leaking tap. I had several times the technician's intervention, but without solving the problem, (even once I was also paid for the call of 35) so the last time and precisely on June 4th c. to. the plant was withdrawn for inspection by local assistance.
Since then, unfortunately, I have had no more news than that of the secretary of Vibo Valenzia who, despite having repeatedly contacted and solicited the assistance colleagues based in Puglia, has not yet reached a definitive solution. On 1 and 6 July I wrote to both Frizzy and Culligan via PEC, but to date 21/7 I have had no answer.
All of this is shameful and I will soon see a lawyer.
