We bought 8 bookcases of three different sizes and have issues with just about all of them. Issues range from nails in the bottom of four units- I guess left in from the staining process (if we hadn't caught the first delivered unit with them, our wood floors would have been scarred); plywood sides delaminating - again from nails(?); one front bottom stretcher (?) short by a quarter of an inch (doesn't meet the side panel); shelf brackets used to secure the shelves tore through the thin wood veneer on another; to one where the back panel was installed with a loose side so the side panel doesn't meet up with top or if one pushes the side panel to get the gap closed, the back panel bulges out by a half inch or so. All have a scheduled production date of May 21. Quality control needs strengthening. These are terrible.

Never had a problem loading here. They're quick and friendly. Truck entrance is on N 73rd St. side of the building. Have your pickup number ready, check in with shipping at speaker by the gate. They'll give you a door assignment.

This is a distribution center. This is not open to the public.

Although the broker gives the address of 71st street truck and trailer entrance is on 73rd. Pull up to the intercom and give your pick up number. You will be instructed what door to back into and check in door 42. Very easy.

Always helpful. My loads are never loaded late, and the stops are in order.(truck driver)

Ordered a bedroom set - very pleased with it, except for one thing. The night stand has a power strip in the top drawer, but using it prevents the drawer from closing properly (due to the cables behind). Has anyone else experienced this? You can position the cables with slack so that the drawer shuts but then as soon as you open it the cables get dislodged. Is there an easy solution, or is it a design flaw?
