This was the one of many antique furniture places on the strip. This store had amazing selection just like some of the others in the area hence the similar review patterns. This is s really $$ store just like the others in the area. Well organized. What attracted me to stop was that there was a beautiful etched bottle.

Wow! Just wow, the level of customer service and attention to detail the Production Supervisor ANA gives is nothing short of amazing. It's unfortunate she doesn't have much support being the primary go to person every time other employees didn't know what to do, we're stuck or simply lost and needed guidance. Under all that pressure she managed to be calm and collective. I usually don't give reviews but I was amazed on how efficient she was and how well she conducted her self under pressure. I will always ask specifically for her on my future visits to staples. Ana you are a rockstar!!

I went in today to get my Iphone SE battery replac...
I went in today to get my Iphone SE battery replaced at 2pm. The first employee tells me to come back at 3pm since the person that does repairs won't be there until then. I then return an hour later and they say they have the battery and then continue to make me do the paperwork to allow them to work on my phone (which takes about 15 minutes). So now I go to wait and sit in my car while they work on my phone. I waited for 30 minutes before I come back inside only to find out that they used the wrong battery and don't even have the CORRECT battery that my Iphone SE uses..... Staples website says they replace this phone and the website also said this location had my battery!!!! So in all I wasted a few hours of my Saturday off to make multiple trips to Staples just to have the exact same battery put back into my phone....oh and now Staples has ALL the personal information I had to give them to work on the phone and now most likely going to sell my information off to the highest bidder.... What also pissed me off was how on the receipt, THE SKU FOR THE BATTERY CLEARLY DIDN'T SAY IPHONE SE, so this is either incompetence or clear lack of not caring for the customer!

It s with deep and utter dismay in the level of customer services provided to me by your staples location 5407 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 on October 27th, ,2019 at approximately 2:30 to 3pm that I ve contacted you today. During my visit to your store I brought some copies at your copy center. The self service copy machines were down at the time so each customer had to be assisted by staff.
I was assisted by a total of two associates and one person in management. Each person I spoke with sent me to another individual as if each attendant didn t have time to complete my order. Once received my order was incorrect and missing documents. Instead of full blown up pictures I received a 7x4 photos that barely takes about a quarter of the paper. I spoke with associates again assuring that this isn t my entire order and dimensions are off I was met by distasteful remarks by management. With so many copies the courtesy of allowing me to see at least one document was not granted when I requested also! Also Regarding the quality of my pictures and the blatant lie that the picture can t be blown up. These same pictures I ve blown up on numerous occasions with no issue! In attempting to convey my statement i was met with laughter by your employees. Told I can come back in an hour for an express pick up. Which I didn t have time for. I m a licensed medical professional I needed these documents for a job presentation. For obvious reasons I didn t have them by my deadline.
The ball was obviously dropped here I m completely floored by the disposition of everyone at the print center. I ve never received this level of nastiness in my previous visits, I feel discriminated against as a African American woman. Subjected to laughing, staring, whispering, unsolicited comments, horrible attitudes all the while I m paying to get treated this way?
Oh no!!! In order to have great customer service there needs to be an affinity for diversity and inclusion of all individuals no matter race,sex,religion,age, ethnicity! Maybe your employees would benefit greatly from cultural diversity and inclusion training.
