I went in today to get my Iphone SE battery replac...

I went in today to get my Iphone SE battery replaced at 2pm. The first employee tells me to come back at 3pm since the person that does repairs won't be there until then. I then return an hour later and they say they have the battery and then continue to make me do the paperwork to allow them to work on my phone (which takes about 15 minutes). So now I go to wait and sit in my car while they work on my phone. I waited for 30 minutes before I come back inside only to find out that they used the wrong battery and don't even have the CORRECT battery that my Iphone SE uses..... Staples website says they replace this phone and the website also said this location had my battery!!!! So in all I wasted a few hours of my Saturday off to make multiple trips to Staples just to have the exact same battery put back into my phone....oh and now Staples has ALL the personal information I had to give them to work on the phone and now most likely going to sell my information off to the highest bidder.... What also pissed me off was how on the receipt, THE SKU FOR THE BATTERY CLEARLY DIDN'T SAY IPHONE SE, so this is either incompetence or clear lack of not caring for the customer!

Staples you have lost me FOREVER as a customer and I hope Amazon puts you out of business
